Sand Sea Resort Railay Krabi

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this resort, and I can confidently say it is the best place to stay in Krabi. Everything about the experience was absolutely outstanding. The Service The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the service. If I could rate it 100/100%, I would! The staff went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my visit was perfect. They are attentive, professional, and genuinely warm, making me feel welcomed and well-cared for from the moment I arrived until the moment I checked out. The Experience The resort itself is beautiful and perfectly situated. Whether you are looking for relaxation or a base to explore Krabi, this property provides the perfect atmosphere. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and exceeded all my expectations.

we stayed in the Sand Sea Resort for 7 days and it was genuinely one of the nicest places we have ever stayed when we arrived we got a free upgrade into a bigger room on the west side of the resort which resulted in us being super close to the pool and the breakfast area which was so good because it literally took 2 min to walk there! the breakfast was incredible it was so good that we were literally looking forward to go and eat every morning, which for us as picky eaters normally isn't common, the range of food was super big especially the western food, and eating breakfast directly at the beach just adds to the experience and it was amazing, at the resort the staff is so friendly that we as europeans were in a shock because you will never find this level of kindness on this side of the world, the things that the staff and all the people at the reception did for us was incredible for example we had to go away in the rain and they picked us up on the complete other side of the resort with a golf cart and arrived with 2 rain ponchos, just to help us make the long tail boat on time. overal our stay was literally perfect and if we will ever come back to Krabi I can't wait to stay in Sand Sea Resort again!

Lovely stay, the room is a little dated but got everything you need. Friendly and helpful staff. Location of this hotel is perfect, so close to everything.

Pretty good actually, considering that this area has no road access only by boat. If you want nature, sun and quiet this is your place. Hotel is average, needs improvement, but not too bad. Railay is good for walking and hiking, kayaking is excellent 🙏🥰🫶👍🏻

We had a fantastic time at Sand Sea Resort. The location is breathtaking with crazy cliff views and stunning turquoise water. Even during low tide, you can find spots where the water is deep enough for a great swim. For the best beach experience, it's just a pleasant 10-minute walk to Phra Nang Beach. The room amenities were a highlight — having a beach bag and a beach mat provided in the room is such a thoughtful and 'super' touch! The housekeeping is spotless, and whenever we requested something from the reception, they delivered it instantly. We celebrated a birthday at the hotel restaurant and brought our own bottle of sparkling wine. The staff was amazing — they brought an ice bucket and glasses immediately. They didn't just leave it there; they served us and poured the drinks throughout the evening. Excellent service!
