The room was great, and it's super convenient as you can walk to the airport. The lobby is clean, lively, and beautiful, and it's very kid-friendly. I'd recommend it for families with children, and it's an excellent choice for a hotel when entering or leaving the country.

Beyond its excellent location at T3, I couldn't find any other qualities that a five-star hotel should possess. The constant noise of planes taking off and landing was so loud that I barely slept a wink! The room had a strong musty smell and felt damp. The decor and bathroom amenities felt more like those of a budget hotel. What's more, the tap water was set to a shower-like spray, so powerful that simply washing my hands drenched my clothes! Ugh, I could go on and on... Next time, I'll definitely choose a hotel in the city, even if it means waking up earlier to get to the airport.

We had a fantastic stay! We arrived at the hotel early, intending to just drop off our luggage and then head to see the indoor waterfall. However, the front desk attendant checked and found an available room, so she kindly processed our early check-in. She also thoughtfully reminded us to check out at least two hours before our flight departure. The hotel is conveniently located right in Terminal 3, with the SkyTrain to T1 and T2 (the SkyTrain to T2 passes through the famous waterfall, a popular photo spot) and the link bridge to Jewel adjacent to the hotel's second-floor corridor. This makes it incredibly convenient whether you're catching a flight or visiting Jewel. The hotel rooms are exceptionally spacious, and the bathrooms are large too. Our room had a view of planes taking off and landing, and while there was some noise, it was well within my acceptable limits. For aviation enthusiasts or children who love planes, being able to see different aircraft models and airlines is a huge bonus.

The kids absolutely loved the room with direct pool access right outside the door. Sitting on the rattan chairs in the evening, enjoying the breeze and a drink was incredibly relaxing. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and very clean. The location is incredibly convenient, making it super easy to get to any terminal or shopping mall, avoiding the rush of dragging luggage to catch a flight. A special shout-out to the service, which was truly excellent. The front desk staff member was so warm and polite, explaining all potential issues clearly in one go and even writing down his and another colleague's names for quick assistance if needed. I apologize that I returned the card with the paper and couldn't remember their names. Compared to the service at hotels on Sentosa, this felt like heaven returning to earth – so thoughtful and dedicated. However, an unavoidable issue with airport hotels is that guests fly at different times, and encountering people loudly chatting and calling out to friends in the hallway in the early hours can be quite frustrating.

The room was great, and the view was satisfying; I could clearly watch planes take off and land during the day. However, it was quite dark at night. The amenities provided were sparse; I had to ask for a razor and comb, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, the sink stopper was stuck, so I couldn't drain the used water.

The hotel's location next to Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 3 is extremely convenient for travelers with connecting flights, late arrivals, or early departures. The Jewel Changi Airport mall, right next to the airport, is also a fantastic place to explore, offering great food and sights.

The hotel is conveniently located near the intersection of Changi Airport T1 and T3, about a 7-minute walk to the nearby Jewel. The rooms are spacious, and you can see flights taking off and landing from different areas on the higher floors. The breakfast selection is plentiful. It would be even better if the room rates were a bit cheaper.
