OZO North Pattaya

I have stayed here many times, and everything—from the hotel location and front desk service to the breakfast quality, restaurant staff, and housekeeping—is impeccably good, just as always. I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again whenever I visit Pattaya in the future.

This hotel boasts an incredible location, just a 10-minute walk to the famous Terminal 21 shopping mall. Step right outside and you're on Pattaya Beach Road. You can take a Baht bus for just 15 baht straight to Walking Street, or head over to Pattaya Central Road to try Chang Lung Kee—dining and massage options are all very convenient. It’s about a 12-minute walk from the hotel to the Grande Centre Point Space, which houses the well-known Lex Relax Japanese Onsen & Spa. As for the hotel's own swimming pool, it's huge! There are plenty of sun loungers, plus a separate kids' pool and a Jacuzzi, making it great for both adults and children. The hotel dining area is divided into indoor and outdoor sections. Foreign guests especially love sitting outside, enjoying their meal while overlooking the pool. Considering the current price, getting this standard of accommodation feels like an absolute steal. The breakfast spread offers plenty of variety, featuring made-to-order Thai noodles (rice noodles/pho?) and a live egg station serving freshly fried eggs and various omelets. It's a well-rounded and diverse breakfast experience. If you're visiting Pattaya for a few days, I highly recommend this hotel!

Great location with tuk-tuks right outside the hotel. It's only an 8-minute walk to Terminal 21 and 10 minutes to Beach Road. The room was very clean; we stayed in an ocean view room on a high floor with a panoramic view of Beach Road. The sunset in the evening was absolutely stunning. The staff were warm, friendly, and very welcoming with great smiles. The pool is nice, and there's a pool table in the lobby for entertainment. Overall, very satisfied and would stay here again.

I stay at OZO North Pattaya three or four times a year, but I've noticed it's getting worse and worse. During my last visit, they said they no longer help with luggage and guests have to handle it themselves. The thing is, the room rate hasn't gone down. This time, I found a blue sanitary pad wrapper stuck to the bathroom wall. I forgot to take it off, and lo and behold, it was still there the next day after the room was cleaned. I ended up having to remove it myself, which just shows how subpar the housekeeping has become.

Liked the hotel. Breakfasts are mediocre with a small selection, great location, warm pool, and the kids loved the water slide.

Extremely impressed! The bed was soft and comfortable, the location is not far from Pattaya Beach, and it's very convenient to get to shopping malls.

OZO North Pattaya has a fantastic location, situated right between Beach Road and Second Road in Pattaya. Getting around is extremely convenient, as you can catch a local baht bus (songthaew) right outside the hotel.

The sea-view room cured everything. The front desk staff kept smiling throughout, and the door staff eagerly helped with our luggage. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I'll definitely stay at OZO North Pattaya again next time I visit Pattaya.
