Crowne Plaza SHENZHEN FUTIAN by IHG

I chose this hotel for a family trip, and overall, it was a pretty good stay. The room is spacious and well-cleaned, so it didn't feel cramped at all. The night view from the window was quite nice in the evening, and it was relaxing just to sit there and take it in. The staff were all very friendly, the amenities were user-friendly, and the location is convenient to get around. My family thought it was a solid choice.

The front desk staff really need to improve their professionalism. They actually wrote down the wrong room number during check-in! As a result, completely unaware, we ended up trying to swipe into someone else's room in the middle of the night! When we went back downstairs to ask about it, the staff showed zero apology, just coldly grabbed a new piece of paper and rewrote the room number... The room cleanliness was just so-so; there was some unknown clear liquid left on the desk, not sure if it was missed during housekeeping. The toiletries were also subpar—there's really no need for them to boast a five-star rating...

My stay here felt genuine and authentic. I was quite satisfied with the interior of the room; the facilities were well-maintained, user-friendly, and the room was clean. However, the lobby area is on the small side and gets crowded when there are a lot of guests, which is a bit of a drawback. Aside from that, the overall stay was quite pleasant, and I would consider staying here again if needed.
