Grand Lisboa Palace Macau

I celebrated my birthday here today, and the hotel was beautiful and very comfortable. They even surprised me with a birthday cake. The pool area has both indoor and outdoor options, plus a small jacuzzi. The changing rooms have a small sauna, and best of all, there's a hydrotherapy pool. The hotel boasts several Michelin-starred and fine dining restaurants. The Buffet at the Hill has a huge buffet area with a wide variety of food choices; we booked a room that included breakfast. There's also a garden outside that's perfect for photos. There aren't many shops around, and the Yaohan department store didn't have much of interest. I went to the Vivienne Westwood exhibition, which was free and definitely worth a visit.

The environment is great, and the soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, which makes for a superb sleeping environment. The staff are all incredibly friendly and go out of their way to meet any requests.

The location is excellent, making it very convenient for taxis, shopping, and dining. The surrounding amenities are well-developed, so you don't have to worry about transportation.

Excellent service, really enjoyed the turndown service 🫰. The food downstairs was also delicious. It's close to the airport but far from the city center, though luckily, there are plenty of bus routes available.

Returned to Grand Lisboa Palace for another stay, eat, and play trip! This time I brought my family along, and they were all very satisfied with the food, accommodation, and the entire trip! They even said they hope to go back again very soon! 🤭👻

The twin room was comfortable and spacious. The minibar had a good variety of drinks. The shower and toilet were separate, and the bathtub was large. The international power outlets in the room were very convenient.

This stay at Grand Lisboa Palace was to celebrate my mom's birthday. They upgraded us to a large garden-view room. This is my third time staying here, and the room is still beautifully decorated and just as clean, with a lovely garden view. This time, there were many more restaurants, and guests get a 15% discount. We had lunch at Lisboa in the afternoon, and the suckling pig and octopus were absolutely delicious. In the evening, we went to Mama Pizza, which served authentic stone oven-baked pizza – truly excellent. Afterwards, we tried the pork chop bun and egg tart at the food court, which were outstanding quality; the pork chop was incredibly tender. I'll definitely try different restaurants next time!

This hotel is perfect for travelers seeking a luxurious stay with excellent value for money, those who prioritize a holiday atmosphere over shopping and entertainment, families traveling with children, food enthusiasts, and anyone looking for a great photo-op environment. It's not recommended for guests who might be bothered by the hotel's location on the outskirts of Cotai, those who are extremely sensitive to noise (earplugs are advised), first-time visitors to Macau hoping to explore the core of Taipa on foot, or independent travelers heavily reliant on public transportation.

First time staying at Grand Lisboa Palace and the room was very clean, tidy, and spacious. The hotel offers many shuttle buses to various areas, including the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge, Cunha Street, and Grand Lisboa, which is very convenient for guests. The 3rd-floor garden is beautiful, and there's a wide variety of food for breakfast. Luggage storage is also available.
