Grand Lisboa Palace Macau

This hotel is simply unparalleled, words can't describe how amazing it is. My room was upgraded to a much larger and more comfortable one, and the hotel staff were incredibly thoughtful. Breakfast at the 3rd floor buffet restaurant was a delightful surprise; every dish was fantastic. I hope to have the chance to stay and splurge here again next time!

The hotel is incredibly close to the airport, less than a 10-minute taxi ride away. From a distance, it looks just like a grand old European castle – absolutely stunning.

The room was spacious, and the environment was beautiful and very photogenic. Both the buffet at 'The Cafe' and the food court options inside the hotel were delicious! The minibar in the room was also a nice touch. It's definitely worth staying here.

This was our second night, and the room had a beautiful view of the surroundings, offering a clear sight of Macau Airport and the LRT station. The breakfast buffet was incredibly rich and varied. If you book a room and choose the option that includes two breakfasts, it's really good value for money and highly recommended. However, if you stay for more than one night, the in-room beverages won't be as plentiful as on the first day; only bottled water will be replenished. This is something that could be improved.

Extremely satisfied! Luxurious and impressive with a first-class environment. The service attitude was also excellent; the front desk patiently explained the hotel map, and the housekeeping staff, noticing there were three of us, thoughtfully provided three complete sets of amenities.

This is my second time staying at the Grand Lisboa Palace, and the space is as luxurious and peaceful as ever. However, I feel the gym could use some improvement with a few more pieces of equipment to better meet guests' needs. That would make it even more perfect! 😄👍

I came with my elderly parents, and everything was great. The only thing is that the pool closes at 8 PM. I hope they can extend the pool hours in the evening. I'll definitely come again, and the room arranged for us, based on my requests, was also very satisfying.

This time, I stayed at Grand Lisboa Palace Macau for 1 night, and overall it exceeded my expectations. The room was very spacious, and the first round of the mini-bar was complimentary (including beer and soft drinks). The most impressive part was the garden on the third floor; its European style was perfect for photos, and it wasn't crowded. The breakfast buffet at 'The Grand Buffet' offered a rich variety of options, and there's a free shuttle bus downstairs to Grand Lisboa.

The hotel is large, and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast selection is quite rich. The air conditioning was set too high; I caught a cold waiting in the lobby for check-in. Wynn is right next door.
