Pandanus Resort

Great hotel. We spent a long time choosing where to stay in this area and we have zero regrets about picking this one. The staff are wonderful, the grounds are lush and green, and everything is clean and tidy. There are plenty of sun loungers by both the pool and the beach. We even decided to extend our stay here.

Location: It's quite far from the downtown area. It takes about 30 minutes by Grab to Lotte Mart and 15 minutes to downtown. While being in the suburbs makes it nice, quiet, and relaxing, getting to restaurants or getting a massage requires a rather long commute. Cleanliness: After staying for a night, I happened to find uncleared tomato sauce under the bed the next morning and felt it was very dirty. They cleaned it up quickly when I mentioned it, but it left me feeling uneasy. Other than that, the facilities and service were similar to other resorts.

We departed straight from Ho Chi Minh City and arrived early in the morning. Had a short and very comfortable 3-night stay with my husband. Planning to go back again next year~ As soon as we arrived back in Ho Chi Minh City, we regretted it~ We should have just stayed 6 relaxing nights in Mui Ne instead of 3 in Ho Chi Minh City~~^^

Honestly, Pandanus Resort was better than I expected. It's a hotel with incredibly high value for money. The garden landscaping is beautifully done, with coconut trees everywhere and well-maintained lawns. We happened to catch the Saturday buffet, and it was absolutely delicious! The decor is definitely a bit older, but it's still reasonable for the price.

It seems Pandanus Resort just received the TripAdvisor 2026 recommended hotel award. As a four-star beachfront resort, it generally exceeded my expectations. The environment and breakfast were highlights, and it offered great value for money during the National Day holiday. There were some minor service imperfections: first, the suite I originally booked was unavailable upon check-in, so I had to switch to two sea-view rooms, which was a bit inconvenient. Second, for a large, sprawling resort with a courtyard design, it's a bit of a shame that buggy service is only provided during check-in and check-out. Third, the semi-outdoor bathtub didn't seem very clean; I had planned a nice bath but ended up skipping it. Despite these minor flaws, it's highly recommended overall. The environment is beautiful and peaceful, it's less than a 10-minute walk to the Red Sand Dunes, and within a 30-minute walk to Mui Ne Fishing Village. It's a great value choice for family trips.

Although a bit far from the city center, this resort is quiet and has fresh air. I had a comfortable stay during my 3 nights here. Especially, there are two swimming pools, one for adults and one for children, and the breakfast includes delicious kimchi, which is a big plus. The in-room refrigerator is refilled daily with 2 free beers, 2 cokes, and 2 sparkling waters, and snacks are also replenished daily. Every night, the band enthusiastically performs live music at the cafe. Daily city tours are offered exclusively to full-day registrants in the morning. Additionally, there's a pick-up and drop-off service to the Walking Street in the evening. This is a very good resort, and I'd like to visit again next time. My only disappointment was that the shower filter turned a deep ochre color with rust after just three days of use. I highly recommend bringing several filters with you. There was no sign to request room cleaning, but if you just go out, the room gets tidied up. After cleaning in the morning, they even come back in the evening to make the bed. Please note that the room is tidied twice a day. Aside from the rusty shower water, everything else about this resort is excellent and satisfying.

Great hotel. The grounds and rooms are kept meticulously clean, and the bed linen is changed daily. The property is green and well-maintained, the beach is wide, and there are plenty of sun loungers. You can easily find a comfortable spot by the pool, on the beach, or under the shade of the palms. Be prepared for a calm, relaxing vacation—no noisy adventures or night markets here. Regarding the food: we only had breakfast included. The buffet is quite diverse, and everyone can find something to their taste. Both Asian and European cuisines are available. Lunches and dinners can be ordered à la carte; the menu is quite interesting and the dishes are delicious. Prices are higher than at local street cafés, but it's quite reasonable if you don't feel like going anywhere. As for the downsides: since the fishing village is relatively close by, debris (apparently from boats) constantly washes ashore. However, the hotel staff constantly clean the beach, both manually and using a small tractor. All in all, a good hotel. Highly recommended.

Although the facilities at the accommodation are a bit old, it was well-maintained and kept clean, which was great. The staff were friendly, and above all, I loved the private beach and pool. It was a wonderful place to relax in peace.

We rented a bungalow with a sea view. The vacation was full of relaxation and comfort! I must mention the beautiful, well-maintained, and clean white sand beach, hammocks, and swings. Everything you need for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The hotel grounds are lush with greenery, and the staff is hospitable. We absolutely loved the spa: we took a program for two. We were delighted with this hotel. We plan to return.
