Hilton Pattaya

After my stay at Holiday Inn, I moved here for two days. Hilton's facilities are better, and I also had a 'sea view selected room,' which included executive lounge access and breakfast. The view was great, and the balcony was very spacious. The breakfast didn't have a huge variety, and the executive lounge breakfast had even fewer options. The pool was quite large with a nice view. The surrounding area is very convenient but a bit noisy. There was still some noise at night, as the window insulation wasn't very good. Even on the 25th floor, most newly built hotels these days have excellent soundproofing. When the balcony door was open, the air conditioning would turn off. However, it was a bit slow to react; I had to close and secure it several times before the AC would restart. Plus, the balcony door was extremely heavy, requiring some strength to close if you're not very strong. Other than that, everything was good. It's suitable for friends or solo travelers on vacation, and I would choose to stay here again.

The location is excellent, within walking distance to the beach, and the area is lively at night. There's a shopping mall downstairs, which is very convenient. The pool is amazing, perfect for watching the sunset and enjoying sea views. The room is also very spacious.

This was my favorite hotel in Pattaya this trip. The common areas are very well-designed with expansive views. The highlight was definitely the ocean-facing observation deck. The outdoor infinity pool is also quite large. Breakfast options were just average, and there was generally a lack of 'service with a smile,' especially from the staff making coffee in the restaurant.

The room was clean and the pool was beautiful. The balcony was perfect for drying swimsuits and clothes, they dried within a day!

Today, when we arrived, our room wasn't ready, and we had to wait for about an hour. The staff seemed quite busy, probably because it's a long holiday weekend. That's fine, we didn't mind waiting for the room. However, I did quietly mention to one of the staff members that we had been waiting for a long time and hadn't received a welcome drink. They must have informed the manager, because when we returned from taking the kids out for dinner, we found a fruit platter in our room as an apology from the hotel. We were absolutely delighted! At least the hotel is lovely to our family. Thank you very much! 🙏 We'll definitely bring the kids back again.

The rooms were clean, the atmosphere was great, and the views were fantastic from both the room and the pool area. However, I wasn't impressed with the check-in staff. We were a family and were told we'd be on the same floor. The other room checked in later and it turned out we weren't on the same floor. I called to inform them and they said they'd look into it, but then I never heard back.

My stay at Hilton Pattaya was absolutely fantastic. The hotel's location is superb, directly connected to Central Pattaya, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The sea view was truly stunning. The room was spacious and comfortable, and waking up to the breathtaking ocean view every day was a pure delight. The breakfast selection was extensive and of high quality. The pool area also offered beautiful views, providing the most relaxing moments of my trip. I'd also like to give a special shout-out to the front desk staff for their assistance. We were initially assigned a corner sea view room, but since we were really looking forward to a room directly facing the sea this trip, we inquired at the front desk. The staff member was incredibly friendly and patiently helped us check room availability, eventually successfully moving us to our ideal room. This truly made our trip even more perfect. Overall, from the service quality, room comfort, facilities, views, to the location, everything met the standards of a five-star hotel. If I visit Pattaya again, I will definitely choose to stay at Hilton Pattaya, and I would highly recommend it to my friends.

Great location, right above a shopping mall, a large supermarket, and convenience stores. It's super convenient for dining out, and the pool is good too. However, the room facilities weren't great; there were strange noises from the water pipes at night, a sharp, piercing sound whenever someone used the water. We complained to the hotel and were moved to another room. The bar downstairs can be quite noisy, but the soundproofing with the balcony doors is much better than in other hotels.
