Hilton Pattaya

Excellent in every way. The location is great, the facilities are good, the view is fantastic, and the service is excellent. The staff are friendly, and the facilities are superb. The view is also absolutely amazing.

The location is super convenient and the views are absolutely stunning. Downstairs, there's a mall with everything you need: dining, massages, and shopping. My kids loved going swimming every day. The bar on the 34th floor is also excellent. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Pattaya.

The hotel's location, directly connected to Central Pattaya, and the infinity pool were absolutely wonderful. It was very relaxing. You can also enjoy breakfast with a sea view. I would love to visit again.

The location is convenient with good surrounding infrastructure. The breakfast area is in the banquet hall, which makes the flow a bit inconvenient, but the service staff are very good-minded.

After my stay at Holiday Inn, I moved here for two days. Hilton's facilities are better, and I also had a 'sea view selected room,' which included executive lounge access and breakfast. The view was great, and the balcony was very spacious. The breakfast didn't have a huge variety, and the executive lounge breakfast had even fewer options. The pool was quite large with a nice view. The surrounding area is very convenient but a bit noisy. There was still some noise at night, as the window insulation wasn't very good. Even on the 25th floor, most newly built hotels these days have excellent soundproofing. When the balcony door was open, the air conditioning would turn off. However, it was a bit slow to react; I had to close and secure it several times before the AC would restart. Plus, the balcony door was extremely heavy, requiring some strength to close if you're not very strong. Other than that, everything was good. It's suitable for friends or solo travelers on vacation, and I would choose to stay here again.

The pool is absolutely gorgeous. It's also very clean. The only downside is that the surrounding area can be a bit noisy.

The hotel's location is great, with a mall right downstairs. The pool is very photogenic and the kids had a blast. The rooftop bar offers amazing views. Definitely worth a stay.

On the first night of my stay, I was shocked to find a black, unidentified bug on the bedside table! The bug was truly shocking!! At the first breakfast, the server repeatedly followed me asking how many breakfasts were included with the room. I had already clearly told them the room included three breakfasts. However, while I was eating, they rudely interrupted me again, stating that the room only included two breakfasts. Even after I personally showed them my booking confirmation, they stubbornly insisted I immediately stop breakfast and go to the front desk to re-confirm the number of breakfasts. Reluctantly, I went to the front desk, where the staff confirmed that the room indeed included three breakfasts. By this point, I was so angry I didn't want to deal with any staff members. For this mistake, the hotel only offered a fruit plate and a cake, which felt like an apology completely lacking in sincerity! I believe the hotel's respect for and trust in its guests is extremely low!! This is absolutely unacceptable! Such a terrible stay experience is unforgettable! So unforgettable that I will definitely not choose to stay at Hilton Pattaya again!!
