A Peaceful Stay with Exceptional Service
With so many hotels in Hanoi’s Old Quarter, I initially considered staying right in the centre. However, after reading reviews about the noise at night, I decided to choose somewhere quieter but still within easy reach of the Old Quarter. La Siesta Premium Lakeside turned out to be an excellent choice. With the lake just beside the hotel, the surroundings feel peaceful and serene, yet everything is still easily accessible.
What really made our stay special was the staff, particularly Đắc at the front desk. He is full of energy, cheerful and incredibly friendly. He recommended places for us to eat and would check on us each day to see how we were doing. The whole team is young, energetic and enthusiastic, and everyone we encountered communicated very well in English.
One small moment really impressed us was when we returned to the hotel in the rain, the staff noticed us getting out of the taxi and immediately came out with umbrellas to shelter us. These thoughtful gestures make a difference.
Our room was spacious, clean and very quiet, with a small balcony. Breakfast was also of good quality, especially the freshly prepared hot phở and delicious Vietnamese iced coffee.
Easy for grab taxi to drop off and pick up too. 7eleven is just few steps away.
We are very happy that we chose La Siesta Premium Lakeside. Peaceful location, comfortable rooms and, most importantly, a genuinely warm and attentive team. A wonderful base for exploring Hanoi. ❤️
