This is a great hotel. The rooms are 10/10. New and stylish. The property overall is very nicely presented. The cleaning staff were very thorough and flexible for timing. The service level was 11/10. Thank you for kind hospitality, especially Hang and Dac. But really, all the staff were great. The location is 9/10. It's very close to the lake, but at the far end from the Old Quarter. It's a pleasant 10 minute walk to the other end of Hoan Kiem Lake. The breakfast was 10/10. Lots of variety, and fresh and tasty. The

First thing I must compliment - must be the breakfast , it is amazing , there’s buffet and you can order as well - but all food taste super good !! You won’t regret - must try everything on the menu ! Second would be the location , opposite have Uniqlo and very close to the lake ~ Third are the staff - they all so nice !!! Just one thing as it is located in the city centre it’s kinda small the room and the toliet door is slightly transparent easy to see thru and kinda awkward. But if you don’t mind the above this place is great for you to visit hanoi! Please Rmb to eat the breakfast !! You would regret it if you don’t !
