There is no 24-hour front desk, which is a rip-off. There was no reminder, no phone call, and it was closed directly.

Our stay was short and sweet. Beds comfortable for a good night's rest. A great restaurant "Aurora Ristorante Dinamico"right around the corner. Shopping across the street. Ilaria, our check-in host was kind and helpful. Room was clean and tidy.

The room was clean. The bathroom was very small, lacking shelf space for toiletries, although there was a very small triangular shaped shelf above the sink. The shower lacked a door and was small so that it was impossible not to soak the floor. Outside of that our stay was comfortable.

We were in town for a wedding and stayed for 2 nights here - when we booked there was only a suite left however this was an absolute steal for the price! The room was on the top floor with no rooms adjacent and was so quiet - massive room with a very new bathroom and a huge comfy bed. Breakfast was included and had a good selection with excellent pastries.
