TheraSpace

We spent two nights at TheraSpace and really enjoyed staying there. It has a lovely boutique hotel vibe with beautiful interior and a zen atmosphere. The room had a massive bath tub, which sadly we didn’t have time to use, a cute French balcony with views over a charming alley, and overall tasteful interior and most importantly very comfy bedding. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful; took our luggage up the stairs, prepared delicious local breakfast, and provided us with tips on where to eat. Would definitely recommend staying there and will be back when visiting Guangzhou in the future.

One of the biggest highlights is its convenient location. The hotel is within walking distance of metro stations and close to popular areas such as Beijing Road and Xihua Food Street, making it easy to explore the city while still enjoying a quieter neighbourhood vibe. The hotel has a warm and cosy atmosphere that makes you feel at home the moment you step in. The rooms are thoughtfully designed with unique aesthetics, soft lighting, comfortable bedding, and relaxing spaces that create a peaceful retreat after a long day of exploring.

Change of room because of the last minute booking and was really thankful for the host who accommodated to our later check-out timing. also, the breakfast was amazing with yummy iced latte!

Location: Overall was excellent as it had close access to many touristy attractive side-roads and the main roads, and it's proximity to the metro was very close. Cleanliness: It was clean and clutter-free. Service: Staff were very nice, helpful, and attentive. They would greet us and engage in friendly conversation, and share local insights, food and travel tips, and sightseeing recommendations (via wechat - very convenient). Facilities: The included breakfast was pretty good - sweet oranges and cherry tomatoes, oatmeal, sweet potatoes and some dim sum. The cute little coffee shop on the ground floor is tastefully designed and decorated and a popular photo opportunity. Room: The room was very well lit, warm, and inviting - great use of colours and smooth curves. The bed was very comfortable, spongy, and supporting. The toilet and the shower were connected, with a separate bathtub outside that was very big and round - great for relaxing soaks and the provided bath salts were very good. Not much of a view from our room but the kindergarten opposite injects some lively energy and laughter in the morning. An enjoyable experience and a pleasant stay!
