This was one of the worst hotels I've stayed at in Da Nang, and the most unpleasant experience I've ever had. I arrived around noon and was told that early check-in would cost 200,000 dong. So I came back at 2 PM, but since I had already received the key at 12 PM, I was told to pay the fee. I told them I would come back at 2 PM. I also informed the reception and they promised that there would be no additional charges after I registered, but they kept asking me for the fee over and over again. When I told the manager about it, he seemed furious, kicked the slippers in my room, and stormed out. This was the first time I've ever experienced such violence, and the most humiliating experience. It's one of the worst hotels, the staff here have absolutely no manners, and the hotel facilities are extremely poor. There's no fan or anything, and the air conditioner's remote control display doesn't work; it's just a box. I will never stay here again, and I hope they stop their violent behavior. I don't want to be kicked.
