Lacol Khao Yai - A Chatrium Collection

Fantastic hotel. Location is considered ok as it is just off the main road. The rooms are big and spacious and extremely clean. Service staff were courteous and hospitable. Breakfast was average so was the food we had during dinner in the dome.

The service was amazing. All of the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive to every detail. The breakfast selection was good as well. However, I wish there had been more pork options. Since the hotel already serves several pork dishes, I was a bit confused why they used chicken ham instead of pork ham and did not include bacon. The only major issue during my stay was the air conditioning in room 404, which had a noise problem that kept me awake all night. It was too late to contact the staff, so I ended up putting in my earphones and trying to sleep.

Our first visit to Khao Yai couldn't have been better. Lacol Khao Yai is incredibly convenient with plenty of dining options nearby. The staff provided excellent service, and the room was absolutely fantastic. We loved the refreshing atmosphere and the full range of amenities provided.

location is perfect however there are mosquito around, though not much activities in the hotel area, the dinner at the Dome was great. massage and restaurant around the hotel have discounts as well!

Location is great and nearby the KhaoYai National Park. Room and beds are big. The breakfast is good. The hotel staff is friendly.
