The hotel is beautiful, reminiscent of those in Yalong Bay. The private beach is fantastic, with fine sand and clear water, perfect for watching the sunrise in the morning. Although the hotel garden isn't huge, it's very pretty, and there are four swimming pools. Breakfast offers a wide selection. However, the hotel corridors are open-air and have no air conditioning. Walking through the hotel leaves you quite sweaty, and there are many small insects. The hotel wings are very long, and it took us a long time to find our room when we first checked in, making us even sweatier. Furthermore, we had an unpleasant experience with our room. We booked two sea-view rooms; the one on the first floor was fine. But the other, a corner room on the third floor, had a balcony that only overlooked coconut trees and another room – absolutely no sea view. We spent half an hour trying to resolve this with the front desk, but our requests to change rooms were rejected numerous times, being told there were no rooms available. Finally, a pregnant lady, who we presumed was a manager, said she would try to move us to the 5th floor and would check availability. We eventually did get moved, but the whole process left a bad taste in our mouths – it felt like there were rooms available all along, but they were reluctant to change it. It took a long time to persuade them, and the staff seemed quite unhelpful and grumpy, though they were all smiles and very enthusiastic with non-Chinese guests.

This was the most comfortable and enjoyable hotel we stayed at in Vietnam. The environment is beautiful and very clean, and the room assigned by the handsome guy at the front desk was perfect! The swimming pool is right outside our door. We booked a sea-view room with an ocean view, so it was quite expensive. However, the same room on other platforms, like Gaode or [Platform Name Redacted], offered the same sea-view room with double breakfast for significantly less on the same day. So, Ctrip definitely seems to be price gouging loyal customers. We compared prices on Gaode and found it to be much cheaper. The last four pictures show the price comparison! It's worth comparing prices across multiple platforms before booking.

The check-in process at the front desk was incredibly slow; I'm not sure what they were doing, but the counter next to us was serving Caucasians super fast. I had to stand there for almost 40 minutes, only to be told to come back at 3 PM for the room card. On top of that, they gave us a seaview room right at the very end. It felt quite unwelcoming to Chinese guests. I was very unhappy about this. I felt discriminated against! On the positive side, every time I returned to the room, the duvet was neatly folded, which was nice. Also, you can use the spa for a shower after checking out.

Great value for money, excellent location and views, and a rich breakfast. You can also pay by card.

So good! No worries about bugs, the pool is great, and the staff are super friendly. The breakfast is delicious, and the facilities are excellent. I'll definitely come again. Highly recommend!

We booked a four-bedroom sea view room, which can accommodate up to 9 people. Do not give extra passports. The beds are all very large, about 2 meters wide. The hotel environment is beyond words, absolutely beautiful, and the breakfast was very rich, including eggs Benedict. However, the room decor is a bit dated, especially the footboard of the bed, which has an anti-human design. Four of us bumped our feet on it, so be very careful.
