My stay was nothing short of unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, I was surrounded by crystal-clear turquoise waters, soft white sand, and a sense of calm that’s hard to find anywhere else. The overwater villa experience was a dream—waking up to the sound of gentle waves and having direct access to the ocean felt surreal. The hospitality was exceptional. The staff were warm, attentive, and always went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect.

(1) The facilities are run down. (2) Even the central part of the island is dilapidated and full of rubbish. (3) I took the welcome fruit home; it hasn't rotted yet. I'll upload a photo when it does. (4) There were hardly any corals visible beneath the water villa. (5) Most of the buggy drivers were surly; a friendly greeting was a rare sight. (6) There's not much to explore on the island, and very little beach area. From the water villas, you can only access a small section of the beach near the dining area. The rest of the beaches are mostly separated, with no real place to play in the sand. (7) The check-in welcome lacked any sense of ceremony. We were led to a place piled with furniture for an explanation, and I didn't know where to take photos. (8) There was no farewell service when we left.

The furniture and apartment were old and in poor condition in some areas. However, the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn't appreciate the lack of a proper farewell and that our butler, Septi, didn't say goodbye to us. On the other hand, the buggy staff and everyone else were excellent.

The beach house suite design has a huge outdoor jacuzzi 🛀, plenty of adapters, and good privacy on the beach. If you don't play in the water, the beach house is more cost-effective than the water house.
