I was very satisfied with my stay at W Hotel Xiamen during this trip. The hotel environment is excellent, and the service attitude is particularly good. I highly recommend it to everyone.

This hotel has a fantastic design. Miss Jelly was kind enough to upgrade my room for free and include breakfast. The staff at check-in, both the young lady and gentleman, were very patient. The gym equipment is also comprehensive. Overall, the stay was excellent.

I only stayed one night at the Xiamen W for a layover, and it was a surprisingly great experience, especially since I had an early morning flight. The hotel has a really trendy vibe, and the room was comfortable, so I got some good rest. I couldn't make it for the sit-down breakfast because of my early flight, but the hotel thoughtfully arranged a packed breakfast for me, which was incredibly helpful for someone rushing to the airport. I also took a quick look at the gym, and all the equipment looked brand new. The staff were all very responsive and efficient. The location is also convenient, perfect for a one-night layover. It was an excellent W experience overall.

I drove to Xiamen for my birthday on a whim and booked the hotel only after arriving. This was my first time staying at a W, and I was quite impressed. The hotel felt stylish and comfortable overall, with complete facilities. The free parking was a definite plus. A big thank you to Shirley, who was responsible for the reception and made sure to check in on my needs throughout my stay. Since I only mentioned my birthday last minute, they couldn't prepare a cake, but they still thoughtfully helped decorate the room and offered a late check-out. I'll definitely stay here again if I have the chance!
