The hotel location is good. Just 10 mins walk to the State Department Store which you can get all amenities and souvenirs. Staff was attentive.

I had a pleasant stay at the Ramada Hotel overall. The service was excellent—staff were friendly, helpful, and made the experience smooth from check-in to check-out. The location is a major highlight for me, as it’s very convenient. I had to pick up my husband early in the morning from the airport, and it only took about 45 minutes, which worked out perfectly. There is also a lounge on the top floor, which is a nice feature, although it felt a bit old-fashioned. In fact, the hotel overall has an older style and could benefit from some modernization. The room itself was on the smaller side but still comfortable enough for a short stay. One issue I noticed was with the bathroom ventilation. Even though I was on a non-smoking floor, when I turned on the ventilator, cigarette smoke seemed to come through. Once I turned it off, the smell disappeared. Additionally, we stayed two nights, and housekeeping did not come to make up the room, which was a bit disappointing. This is an area the hotel could improve. Overall, despite a few inconveniences, I would still recommend this hotel for its great service and excellent location.

The hotel is quite outdated. Room is very stuffy as the windows are locked yet the room is central heating. Not recommended

View is ok, food and service is good.

Clean big rooms. Very comfortable beds. Location is good. Lots of eateries and supermarkets around. There was renovation going on when we were there but they did email us about it beforehand. Will stay again
