Overall would recommend if you need somewhere convenient and clean. great value for a short stay before or after a flight.
We booked Zuri Express Jimbaran for 1 night after arriving in Bali, we ended up adding a second night because it was just what we needed.
The hotel is quiet and peaceful, rooms are clean and comfortable (simple but fine for the price), and the pool is a nice bonus. The lobby is bright and welcoming, and staff were friendly and check-in was easy.
Close to the airport and a few shops, so very convenient without getting stuck in traffic, it's also about a 20 minute taxi to Kuta beach & the beach walk shopping center.

The location of the hotel was quite alright. There is KFC and Mac Donald’s probably 2km from there. Quite convenient to buy food. They also serve breakfast in the morning which is okay.However after breakfast the tables need to be wiped cleaned . They weren’t . Average cleanliness . It’s good for short term stay.

The hotel itself could have been a great place to stay in the Jimbaran area, but unfortunately, the front desk service left a lot to be desired. We arrived late at night, hoping for a smooth check-in and a good night’s rest, especially since we were traveling with children.
However, we were given a smoking room, despite having clearly requested a non-smoking room in our booking. When we raised the issue with the reception staff, they were unwilling to offer any solution beyond sending housekeeping to spray air freshener in the room — which, unsurprisingly, was not sufficient.
What was most disappointing was the lack of empathy and willingness to help from the staff. They simply told us it was the only room available and showed no concern for the fact that we had children with us.
A hotel is more than just its rooms — service and hospitality make all the difference. Unfortunately, in this case, the experience did not meet even basic expectations.

The room is clean, space is enough. But the window can’t close properly, so you like sleeping on the road. Although we’re in 6th floor. Compare with the price is value. Opposite had a Japanese noodle shop. Super delicious and cheap. The taste like Japan local.
