The hotel's location is excellent. Check-in at the front desk was seamless, and the concierge service was great – they even offer a tuk-tuk ride to the BTS station. However, there was a minor hiccup on the second day: I woke up to no power in the room and couldn't figure out why until I called housekeeping and found out the entire building was without electricity. It's a bit puzzling that the hotel didn't proactively inform guests. Other than that, everything else was alright, but the main reason I chose this hotel was for its prime location.

The facilities are great. It's a bit of a walk to the subway station, but there are plenty of dining options along the way, mostly Japanese food.

Service apartment was very clean and spacious. Most importantly it’s quiet and was a good getaway from the hustle and bustle of BKK. Free shuttle service to nearby train service.

The hotel service was pretty good, but the facilities were just average. The shower water was either too hot or too cold, the breakfast wasn't very varied, and the swimming pool was too small.
