The staff were all smiling and kind, and I was always treated kindly throughout my stay, which was wonderful. Free bottled water, coffee, snacks, and mezcal samples were provided, making my stay very comfortable. The area where the hotel is located is very quiet, the room was clean, and it was cleaned thoroughly every day. I would like to stay here again when I visit Mexico City.

The service was excellent, and I felt very safe staying at this hotel! The location is convenient, there's luggage storage, and the staff are all very lovely – each time I stayed, they were different people, and they even gave me small gifts. Overall, a very good experience!

The hotel is small and the soundproofing is so-so, but the service and atmosphere are very warm and welcoming. They even offer complimentary spirits, which is a nice touch. A small gift is given upon check-out, and the front desk staff provided excellent local travel advice.

There is no elevator, so be careful if you have luggage. The hotel staff will carry it for you if you ask, but... There are no problems with restaurants around here.

The hotel runs the hotel very seriously. They gave you soap when you checked in and coffee when you left. This area is relatively safe and very bourgeois, with many cafes, restaurants, and small bars. It is also very suitable for female travelers. Coffee and drinks are free all day in the hotel. The only thing is that there is no toothbrush. Many hotels in Mexico do not have it, but some hotels have it. If you say that toothbrushes are provided in the hotel facilities, I will choose it directly. This is the advantage. , as a traveler, I just hope that it is convenient to bring less things out, and a more unique hotel is worth experiencing.

The facilities are average, but the service is exceptionally good.
