Espacio the Jewel of Waikiki

Amazing attention to detail - professional yet friendly with discretion. Fantastic views of Waikīkī Beach and the suites with furnishings and amenities are second to none ! Had the best stay and nothing was too much trouble .

From the airport transfer at arrival to the airport transfer for our departure this was an outstanding experience. This was our second stay at Espacio. This one was better than the first because this time we knew what to expect so was ready to really enjoy more of the wonderful amenities it has to offer. The entire staff are super inviting and friendly. The suites are spacious and beautifully decorated. There is a chef's kitchen that includes a Thermador suite of appliances, including a sub-zero refrigerator. The glass front cabinets in the kitchen hold beautiful china and lovely crystal champagne and wine glasses. The hotel car that is available for local rides to and from makes it very convenient to get to nearby destinations. Room service was outstanding. The staff takes care to set up the dining table and then place the food and drinks. Being a guest at this hotel is truly an excellent experience, not just a hotel stay. I recommend this hotel!!!

Starts with arrival, the team of professionals greet you with open arms to make your check in as smooth and comforting as possible. Location, hotel quality, room quality and space, privacy are all thought of for this hotel and are of the highest of standards. Luxury at its finest. All staff are polite and accommodating to requests, making for a first class experience and stay. By far one of the greatest hotel stays we have had anywhere around the world.

This was our fourth stay at Espacio. It is clearly the best property on Waikiki. This small hotel is big in service. And when I say small, I am not referring to the spacious 3-bedroom suites. I am referring to the fact that there are only nine suites in the property which allows the staff to create a highly exclusive experience. The comfort, the view from the balcony and the rooftop pool never get old. It's hard to leave that balcony and difficult to leave Hawaii after we stay a week at the Espacio.

Staff was very attentive and polite. The resort sits right in the middle of Waikiki. Only down side was meals were less than filling. For the cost I feel that the food and portion size were small. Breakfast was very unsatisfying however the restaurant called Eggs & Things is only two doors down. Overall stay was 4.5 star

First rate accommodations and staff. Dinner at Mugan was over the top delicious. Would love to stay again. The whole family enjoyed our stay.

The staff was exceptionally professional and genuinely warm. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist at every moment made our stay feel seamless and truly enjoyable

Everything - from pre-arrival to activity scheduling and departure, 12 out of 10, enough said. Kudos to Ralph and all the hotel team members!
