Good: Our stay was comfortable for 3 nights there. The breakfast has excellent choices, we dont get to spend time at the swimming pool and playground. Location was perfect except no indomaret nearby. The service by staff was excellent.
Bad: The toilet was quite old, no bidet, no iron unless upon request but they dont provide iron board. The tv is quite old too.

its so noisy because the floor outside the room is tile and not a carpet so when the service trolley goes by its so noisy and they put me in the same floor with the conference room. they have only 2 lift for the entire building.. the lobby decor is nice though.. the bell boy is very. friendly.. dont. mention the bed.. it is the worst you can feel the. spring against your body.. i spend. 3.nights and not evem 1 night i can sleep peacefully.. just imagine 9 floor only 2 lifts. but they do have a lot of parking space which is a plus in bandung.. bathroom and the closet and the wardrobe is terrible

Our room was exceptional - spacious +++ a king sized bed, plus bolsters. Aircon and cable channels were tiptop, only flaw was hair dryer malfunctioned. Reception called to remind on checkout time 👍👍👍.
Breakfast was mostly Indonesian food. Perhaps could include yogurt, savoury pastries or Italian dishes/pizza?

Strategic location downtown of Bandung near Braga. Hotel room was generally old with not so clean bed linens. Encountered small roaches at least three times throughout the stay. Breakfast buffet was average, nothing exceptional.
