DoubleTree by Hilton Bristol

The hotel and staff were very nice. One complaint is the beds were incredibly hard. I always heard Hilton Hotels had amazingly comfortable mattresses, but these beds were hard as a rock. I spent 2 nights there and my back is killing me, and I barely slept.

I enjoyed the one-night stay at this Hilton property. The overall experience (staff, amenities, and food) was excellent.

The bartenders and waitress were amazing! Food and drinks were great! And the rest of the staff is unbelievably helpful and so nice.

Smooth check in, clean and nice room, comfy bed, good bar staff and food. All in all a fine experience for my second time staying here.

Cleanliness. Morning Starbucks available in lobby. Sports bar/restaurant with basic needs for breakfast and quick evening meal. All available on Christmas eve and day. Would have appreciate a cpmplimentary 2 bottles of water that were included with room rather than $4/bottle energy water.

They act like breakfast is included and it cost extra. They blame it on third party booking.

Staff was great, room was clean/bed was comfy. Good location lots to offer with food choices / stores. I would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Good good room. The only problem was where the toilet roll holder was. It was behind my back and on the left-hand side so if you could improve the toilet holder positioning, that would be awesome.
