Friendly & helpful staff, buggy service from hotel to main road is excellent considering location of the hotel, room is spacious & clean. Great place for the price paid 👍🙏

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay, which made the experience pleasant. The room was comfortable and clean, suitable for a short trip. However, the location is a bit far from Platinum Mall, so it takes some time to travel back and forth, especially if you plan to shop there often. The surrounding area also has many Indian shops and people around. Personally, it wasn’t really my preferred environment, but it may not be an issue for others. Overall, good service from the hotel team, but the location might not be the most convenient if your main plan is to visit Platinum Mall frequently.

Very very happy with the customer service from reception to bellboy to f&b.Friendly and helpful and always go the extra mile.Cleanliness tiptop.I booked another room on the next day for my daughter.requested to have a room on same level and they made it happen. Thank you so much for the pleasant stay!Just heads up- same menu everyday for breakfast. Areas surrounded with Indian restaurants but you can also grabfood.so no problem!

From the inviting lobby to the well-equipped fitness center and cozy rooms, every detail reflected great care and hospitality. The food was another highlight — delicious, beautifully presented, and showcasing a perfect balance of local Thai flavors and international dishes. Overall, The Loft Bangkok Hotel delivered an outstanding experience that exceeded all expectations.

Location was great and front desk was very helpful. Amenities can use a little work but all and all a good stay.
