Loft Bangkok Hotel(SHA ExtraPlus)

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay, which made the experience pleasant. The room was comfortable and clean, suitable for a short trip. However, the location is a bit far from Platinum Mall, so it takes some time to travel back and forth, especially if you plan to shop there often. The surrounding area also has many Indian shops and people around. Personally, it wasn’t really my preferred environment, but it may not be an issue for others. Overall, good service from the hotel team, but the location might not be the most convenient if your main plan is to visit Platinum Mall frequently.

My stay at The Loft Bangkok Hotel was truly exceptional in every way. The service stood out the most — the staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a genuine smile, making me feel completely at home. The hotel’s facilities were modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, offering both comfort and convenience whether for relaxation or work. From the inviting lobby to the well-equipped fitness center and cozy rooms, every detail reflected great care and hospitality. The food was another highlight — delicious, beautifully presented, and showcasing a perfect balance of local Thai flavors and international dishes. Overall, The Loft Bangkok Hotel delivered an outstanding experience that exceeded all expectations.

Location was great and front desk was very helpful. Amenities can use a little work but all and all a good stay.

If you planned to visit bangkok pls stay at this hotel, there is a lot of food, 7eleven and its walkable to pratunam market, baiyoke market, platinum mall and december mall. I even walk to central world and big c. The hotel is spacious, clean, the bathroom is big and the best thing is they dont even ask for deposit!

Everything is fine at the place, there is one massive negative point it the area it is located. If you check on the map it is vey close to Central world but you would be so shocked how different areas and how unpleasantly and unsecured the location the hotel is

The lobby doestnt have enough staff and no one bother helping us carrying our lagguage check in and check out both time.
