Good location close to central kl, good service and clean room. Room is slightly smaller but it is still enough for 2 huge luggages. Love the welcome drinks and welcome cookie.

Booking this hotel was an absolute mistake. The environment is comparable to a 3-star domestic hotel or even a business hotel, and the rooms are as basic as a guesthouse. When you check in, you absolutely MUST ask for a quiet room!! Because one side is right next to the LRT, and trains pass by every few dozen seconds, making it impossible to sleep due to the noise. We asked for an extra bed, and this supposedly large hotel claimed all extra beds were sold out. We ended up with three of us squeezed onto one bed the first night. The next day, we moved to a relatively quieter room facing a different direction, but they still said there were no extra beds. They suggested we could use a blanket to sleep on the sofa, but that blanket smelled incredibly foul, like it hadn't been washed in years. We asked for a comforter instead, and they brought another stinky blanket. After much back and forth, they finally said an extra bed was available. Oh, and also, our luggage took an hour and a half to be delivered to the room, and when it finally arrived, it was someone else's. We had to go down to the front desk ourselves to get our bags. The hotel doesn't even have a proper lobby; it's on the second floor of a shopping mall. All in all, it was a complete misstep. If you do decide to stay here, make sure to ask for a quiet room! Definitely avoid the side near the railway! The bedding was clean, new, and comfortable, which was a plus. It's a 15-minute walk to KLCC.

Our stay at DoubleTree by Hilton was fantastic. The service was truly exceptional, but what made the experience stand out was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.
We had a few specific requests regarding our room and schedule, and the team fulfilled every single one of them flawlessly. It is rare to find such a high level of attention to detail.

It’s was a great staycation here with my family. My son loves the pool and i did enjoy the breakfast buffet lot of choices. There is a link bridge from hotel to ampang point lrt station to klcc 😉

The hotel was great as they upgraded us to a mountain facing room for our anniversary.
Provided a warm welcome cookie which was delicious and provided a slice of pandan cake and towel design in the room.
I also noticed that their towels have a refreshing scent every time they give us a set. It is very nice to smell especially after you have a shower.
The bed and the pillow is abit on the softer side. But you can request for a custom pillow.
