Try a different hotel next time.

Excellent service and convenient transportation.

It was a poor stay. The service was subpar, and the hotel facilities were dated. One of the breakfast staff members wasn't very fluent in English, which is unusual for American hotel staff. I had to call another staff member to help. However, the hotel printed the guest's name on the pillow, which was a nice touch. The room service was also very responsive. The most outrageous thing was that my credit card was inexplicably charged $480. After contacting the hotel, they explained that we had taken one of their Dyson hair dryers. It's unbelievable that a luxury brand like the Peninsula would resort to such derogatory behavior towards its guests. They only apologized and offered a refund after an email. At over $10,000 a night, it's simply not comparable to the similarly priced Peninsula London! The Peninsula London far surpasses the Peninsula Beverly Hills in terms of hardware, service, and software.

The facilities are rather old and the hygiene is so-so, but thankfully the service is good.
