Hotel Catedral

location is second to none. right in the center of zocalo. superb service at reception/ restaurant and rooftop bar. room is spacious with a refrigerator/ safe/ steam iron/ coffee maker. bottle water available throughout the day.

Well this hotel has the benefit of having some lovely views of the zocalo. Also if you get some rooms you have a direct view of the main cathedral of Mexico City. The building floor part of it is made of thick glass you can see an ancient architectural ruin under the building. My room also had a hot tub and a bathtub combined and to shower in it I think it was a sweet with a huge terrace where you could go outside and look at the whole main square of the zocalo. Staff was very nice and it was very inexpensive although it does not have a swimming pool. Staff is very professional and I would definitely stay here again

Very nice hotel with archaeological site at breakfast area. Location is good but whenever there is events happening, you need to walk outside to get grab or Uber. Free coffee and water bottles at the lobby. Offer complimentary fruits. Stayed at two different rooms, the one junior suite with private balcony is the best. The smaller room ( double bed) is ok.

Location is great, walking distance to all the tourists spots as rightbin the middle of Zocalo, Metro is about 200m away. Bed is soft, very clean, I should have booked the toom with view of the cathedral, maybe next time. I didnt avail the breakfast as ai was too tited but it looks amazing. Free bottle of water, coffee at the lobby. And the gentleman at check in checked me in early which I really appreciate it. If ai go back again, YES!

Great location, directly in front of El Zocalo. In walking distance of pretty much most of the things you'd like to do in CDMX.
