Four Points by Sheraton Chongqing Jiangjin

The experience at Four Points by Sheraton Qijiang, a Marriott Bonvoy hotel, exceeded my expectations! The front desk and service staff were gentle and friendly. The room was spacious and clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered a fantastic view, overlooking both the lake and the city. The public areas were distinctive, and the lawn was great for photos. The service was thoughtful, and getting around was convenient. We also stopped by the Simianshan Benwei Fish restaurant on the way, and the fish was crispy, tender, and fragrant. In our free time, we could also go to the riverside to watch the sunset. This is definitely my top choice for a relaxing short trip, and I'll stay here again next time! 👍

The room was incredibly quiet and clean, and the surrounding area was lovely. The service was attentive, and it was excellent value for the price. I highly recommend this hotel in Jiangjin New District.

The room layout is well-designed with all functional areas neatly arranged. The facilities are new, and the color scheme is elegant and sophisticated. The room temperature and duvet thickness were just right. The garden view outside the window was also lovely. The food and service were excellent. Overall, it offers great value for money and is highly recommended.

The hotel was excellent! They gave us a free upgrade and complimentary breakfast!!! Really great!

The hotel is great, clean, very new, and the service attitude is excellent. Thumbs up! 👍🏻

Facilities: The room was large and spacious, with a floor-to-ceiling window offering a view of a park. Hygiene: The bedding was very clean, and the pillows were comfortable, making for a refreshing sleep. Service: Chen at the front desk was very enthusiastic and provided excellent service.

The coffee cups at breakfast had chips, which could cut your lips. I informed the staff, but it wasn't corrected, and the same chipped cups were still in use on the third day. This doesn't meet safety standards or the service guidelines of a five-star hotel. Please rectify this issue.

The hotel is brand new, and I received a complimentary room upgrade with a view directly facing the park. The service was excellent too. I especially loved the breakfast coffee cups – those little blue ones are so pretty!

The room is clean, the environment is great, a good place for a leisurely trip.
