The room was beautiful, with a French-inspired design. The hotel staff provided excellent service, and the bar upstairs was really interesting. The location near People's Square is very convenient. There was a slight hiccup with parking midway, but it was resolved smoothly. Breakfast and coffee are complimentary, which is a lovely touch. Highly recommended!

Extremely satisfied with our stay! My family and kids all loved the carousel – it's really beautiful and the kids had a blast, haha! Our butler, Candy, provided excellent service.

The room is very spacious, definitely not cramped for 4 people! With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, it easily solves any issues with showering and using the toilet. The hotel has 6 parking spaces right in front, first-come, first-served, but there are no charging stations. There are also parking spaces in the alley next to the hotel, though availability depends on luck.

My stay this time was exceptional, and I particularly want to commend Selina at the front desk! From the moment I checked in, the entire process felt incredibly comfortable. Her service wasn't just formulaic politeness; you could genuinely feel her thoughtfulness and sincerity. When checking in, she first asked if I was interested in a room upgrade and even took me to see the room beforehand, letting me decide only after confirming I liked and was satisfied with it – this was a huge plus. Throughout my stay, she patiently helped resolve any issues I had, making me feel secure and comfortable during my travels. Honestly, beyond the environment, facilities, and the room itself, the impression staff leave on guests is incredibly important. Selina's service truly added so much to the entire hotel this time, and she left me with a fantastic impression of the place. I hope that next time I visit, I'll encounter more staff as sincere and thoughtful as Selina 😊 Additionally, the room was exceptionally clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. The bellhop service was also very attentive, proactively confirming where my ride was parked. Many small details throughout the check-in process showed how much effort the hotel puts in. Our butler Ailah was fantastic! She knew we were celebrating our anniversary and kindly upgraded us to a room with a terrace, even decorating it a bit. She also arranged for an early check-in before 1 PM. For food deliveries, they brought it right to our door. Plus, we received two complimentary vouchers for the bar on the 6th floor. The service was excellent, and I'll definitely book here again next time I'm in Shanghai.

This hotel offers truly excellent service and quality! I rarely write hotel reviews, but this time I really have to give them a shout-out! I arrived quite early on the day of check-in, and since my booked one-bedroom suite wasn't available, the staff kindly upgraded me to a terrace suite for free. That was so sweet! The hotel perfectly embodies an elegant, old-school French charm – the room colors and textures all feel very luxurious. And the best part is! When you order takeout, staff will deliver it directly to your door, and super fast too! It's difficult to park right in front of the hotel, so you have to go across the street to get picked up. I want to especially thank Liu Xiangwen, a staff member, for helping me carry my luggage all the way. He was incredibly thoughtful!
