Overall the hotel was fantastic, location was close to karon beach and several shops as well. The rooms were a bit dated but functional. Kids facilities such as petting zoo, water slides and kids play room were great. Breakfast spread was great. Highly recommend for families with kids.

Swimming pool with fun slides is good for family with children can spend 2 days here, close to beach, while the in room facilities a bit old and many flies in the breakfast outdoor area, other than that overall is fine.

impressed me
I stayed at Thavorn Palm Hotel for one night. The parking area was very spacious. At the lobby, there was a friendly receptionist who smiled warmly, explained everything clearly, and made me feel welcome. He was a man with glasses—I didn’t ask his name, but his service was excellent. I was upgraded to a poolside room for free. After being escorted to the room, I found that it was fully equipped with all amenities. The view was wonderful—I really loved it. I feel like this is another place I would definitely return to.
disappointed me
I had actually made a mistake with my booking—I intended to stay during the holidays, but accidentally booked for another day. I called the hotel to explain that I had booked through Trip.com. At first, the receptionist who answered the call tried to help and suggested I contact Trip.com directly. So, I did, and Trip.com then contacted the hotel on my behalf. After their discussion, Trip.com called me back with the unfortunate news that the date could not be changed, even though they had tried their best to negotiate with the hotel.
I then decided to call the hotel myself. This time, the staff member who answered was from the reservations department. Unfortunately, they did not give me any reassuring explanation, and instead used a tone of voice that made me feel uncomfortable. I understand that this was not the hotel’s fault, but I believe the staff could have chosen words that made me feel better about the situation. Initially, I planned to extend my stay for another night, but because of this negative experience, I decided to stay only one night.

來入住之前看到有些評價不太好 親自來了之後我覺得很不錯 家人也很滿意 前台有個小姐姐會這一點點中文 這邊前廳都是開放式 沒有空調 整個酒店走道是白色希臘風格 簡單大方 放行李的禮兵進房間是拖鞋的 房間跟圖片沒什麼差異 這邊鏡子門都是實木的 跟國內還是有很大不同 我們運氣比較好 第二天醒來是海景房 還能看整個園區 早餐也是一半開放式 一半有空調的 白人很多 都很有禮貌 泳池旁邊也有很多餐廳 吃東西方便 右邊還有冰淇淋🍨房 左邊是健身房 最左邊還有一個直通泳池房 但是晚上會非常吵 因為靠近路邊 晚上很多摩託車聲音很大 酒店後門過個馬路可以通向海灘 非常方便 住在這個酒店真的哪裡都不用去了 孩子們每天游泳 挖沙不亦樂乎 晚上旁邊有很多宵夜還有一家711不是很大 也夠用 下次去應該還會選這家

Originally we booked a family room, luckily we are upgraded to two bedroom suite. And the swimming pool is awesome, the kids love the slide in the pool so much.

出發之前發了郵件，辦理入住的時候給了100株小費安排在了三樓。要的雙床，其實就是兩張床拼到一起，睡中間很不舒服。
潮濕度還行，基本進出都關了陽台門。陽台可以直接看到大滑梯泳池，側面看到一點點海。酒店環境還是不錯的，花草植被維護的很好。
該説不説，早餐真的不好吃，每天衹為了裹腹，住了四天熱菜沒一個好吃的，基本就衹吃麪包雞蛋奶類。水質不太好，沒帶濾芯，刷牙時能感覺到澀澀的。洗護用品不好用，都是在711買的。
酒店後面過馬路就是卡倫海灘，但是沙灘不太乾淨。711前後門都有，但是距離不算近。
整體評價7分吧，至少孩子玩的比較開心。

I just love the room that I booked that could walk to the prettiest pool in the hotel, though the hotel and room may not be the newest in town, but luckily I booked the room type and experience in walking to the pool, and the hotel is just a road to the karon beach is a good plus, where u can watch the sunset when weather allows.
The water slides are also exciting and fun to play as an adult. But I enjoyed the quite pool in building A the most. The breakfast and ala carte food in the restaurant Ocean Rhyme are great also. I would definitely book the same room type for my next vacation trip in phuket again!
Just that the shower pressure is poor in the evening, and also the mattress could be better also.
