This was our room, costing almost 2000 per night after tax, and honestly, it felt pretty similar to a Hanting or Home Inn back in China. 1. We booked a lagoon-view room, but it was in quite a remote spot. It took about 7-8 minutes to walk to the lobby. The hallway outside our room was full of noisy air conditioning units. You can see them in the photos and videos – even with the door closed, the noise inside was very loud. 2. We booked a king-size bed, but it turned out to be two single beds pushed together. 3. Maybe we just don't know how to operate the TV, but for this price, the TV provided was completely inadequate. 4. When we booked, we saw it had a balcony. But when we got there, the balcony was tiny, maybe only 3 square meters. We were traveling as a family, and after hanging clothes, there was no space to sit at all. 5. Due to these issues, we requested a room change. Traveling with a child, it was really inconvenient. After speaking with the front desk, they offered to downgrade us to a different room, but wouldn't refund the price difference. 6. Funnily enough, the downgraded room was actually better located and felt superior to the more expensive room we originally booked, which is why we agreed to the switch. 7. After staying for 4 days, apart from being close to Karon Beach and having large grounds, this hotel offered absolutely no value for money. Just sharing this review for everyone's reference.

The service was very welcoming, and the hotel's environment was exceptionally good, with a beautiful large garden. It's also super close to the beach. The pool and slides were a lot of fun, and there were cute little animals too.

The hotel's public areas are lovely, though the room facilities are a bit dated. The location is excellent; you just walk out the back door, cross the street, and you're on the beach. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby.

The room's decor didn't quite live up to the price, but the staff's service definitely made up for it. The hotel is quite large; our waterside room was on the west side, with the beach visible just across the road, which was very convenient. The hotel offers massages; the room itself wasn't much to look at, but the massage was genuinely good and not overpriced – truly a treat!

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Karon Beach. We booked a room for two adults and one child, and the hotel thoughtfully swapped the sofa for a small bed without any extra charge – much appreciated! The large bed was made up of two 1.1-meter single beds pushed together, totaling about 2.2 meters wide, so it was perfectly fine for sleeping with a child. The hotel has four pools, each with its own unique charm. The water slides were great, and the kids had a blast. Breakfast was good, with decent variety each day. Also, the ice cream from the hotel's ice cream shop was delicious. The pizza from the pizza place was a bit too salty and generally average. A nice touch: if you opted out of daily room cleaning, you could hang a sign and receive a 150 THB voucher to use at the hotel, which was very considerate. This hotel comes highly recommended!

The hotel is beautiful and very spacious. However, the breakfast options for children were limited. The breakfast area overlooks the pool, which is nice. The hotel has a good ecological environment, with many small birds coming to eat. Our room was about a 5-minute walk from the front desk and breakfast area. The balcony in our room type was quite narrow, which wasn't ideal. I imagine the ground-floor rooms with direct pool access would offer a much better experience (they were fully booked when we made our reservation). The main pool area gets a lot of sun and has very little shade. There were no staff members present in that area, which might be something to improve on (as accidents can happen around pools). The hotel also has an outdoor mini-zoo and an indoor kids' playroom, which is more suitable for younger children aged 0-4. The mini-zoo has specific opening hours and features animals like sheep, pigs, parrots, and giant tortoises. After visiting the zoo, you can cool off in the air-conditioned kids' playroom.
