Shenfeng Juyuan View Hotel

The hotel was very easy to find, and most importantly, it was incredibly close to the observation deck—just a few steps away! You could also see the sacred mountain directly from our balcony. The room was clean and tidy, and the floor heating kept us perfectly warm. The landlady was very welcoming and friendly; she even upgraded our room for free and told us the best time to see the 'golden mountain' sunrise. It was a great stay! Location: Right on the hillside of Feilai Temple platform, offering unbeatable views of the snow-capped mountains. The downside is that a new building is currently under construction in front of the hotel, which affects wide-angle shots but not high-magnification photography. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy, especially the bedding. Facilities: Simple and practical, with an oxygen concentrator available.

The owner is incredibly warm and friendly, and very easy to communicate with. My friend had altitude sickness and had to postpone our check-in date, but there were no complaints or unpleasantness from their side. They automatically helped us with our luggage as soon as we got out of the car, and even escorted our group of four up to our room in the elevator, where they proactively turned on the oxygen machine and humidifier. The room balcony offers direct views of the 'Golden Mountain in the Sun' (Rizhao Jinshan) – just try to ignore the construction cranes! The room itself is very spacious and offers excellent value for money. Highly recommend staying here!

The view from the window is excellent, and the amenities are comprehensive, including a humidifier and oxygen machine. The only minor thing is that the bathroom has a curtain instead of a glass partition. The owner's service is thoughtful, and parking right outside is convenient.

The owner was incredibly kind. The room we originally booked didn't have a view of the snowy mountains, so she proactively upgraded us to a room that did. She helped us with our luggage, brought it to our room, and even turned on the heating for us, showing us how to use it. We were so lucky to be able to see the 'golden mountains under the sunrise' (sunlight on snow-capped peaks) right from our room. When checking out, she even offered a ride, even though the distance was very short. The hotel's location is also convenient. It's just a few minutes' walk to the snow mountain observation deck, and there are plenty of restaurants outside, so you won't have to worry about finding food.

We were incredibly lucky to witness the 'Rizhao Jinshan' phenomenon (golden mountain bathed in sunlight)! The hotel's views are absolutely stunning (just ignore that big crane, haha). You get an unobstructed panorama of all thirteen Meili Snow Mountains. The owner was super enthusiastic; as soon as we arrived, he warmly explained the best ways to view the mountains. After showing us to our room, he even turned on the humidifier, oxygen machine, and floor heating for us. The hotel is very clean, and in the morning, you don't even need to go down to the observation deck; you can simply watch the snow-capped peaks from your balcony. The hotel thoughtfully provided large, thick blankets, which was a very nice touch.

This is an excellent hotel with a superb location; you can even see the stunning 'Sunlight over Golden Mountains' from the rooftop terrace. The owner is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and she goes above and beyond to help guests with any travel issues they encounter. The rooms are clean, tidy, and well-maintained, with a unique and stylish design. Plus, there's a restaurant right downstairs, which is very convenient. This was a great choice for my trip to Feilai Temple!

This hotel has a unique mountain city vibe, where you go downstairs from the entrance to reach the rooms. It feels more like a guesthouse. The room facilities are complete. The hotel is located on a slope, so parking right at the entrance is a bit inconvenient. There's some construction going on below, in the direction of Kawagebo Peak, but it doesn't significantly impact the view. There's also an observation deck on the rooftop.

The room was quite clean, but the oxygen concentrator stopped working in the early morning and I couldn't reach the owner, so I had to rely on my own oxygen tank to get through the night. Also, during my stay, there was construction going on outside, with a large crane directly in front of the window, which really blocked the view. If you want to see Meili Snow Mountain, you still have to go out to the observation deck.
