The location is fantastic, not far from all the attractions, right across from the airport shuttle stop, and next to the Sky Tower. It's incredibly convenient. The service attitude is excellent, and both the room's facilities and amenities are great.

The room was clean and spacious enough to open our suitcases, and above all, the location was excellent! We also really appreciated the staff's attentiveness and kid-friendly service (they prepared coloring pages and snacks for our child). It was also convenient that the airport bus stops right in front of the terminal. They even extended our check-out time a bit to match our airport bus schedule, allowing us to relax until the very end. This has become a hotel I'd love to stay at again if I have the chance!

The hotel's location is convenient, the room is clean and tidy, and the facilities are complete. The bedding is also very comfortable. The front desk service was warm and friendly, and check-in was smooth. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would choose to stay here again if I have the chance.

Excellent! The location is super convenient. We booked the All Blacks Experience and it was only a five-minute walk from the sky bridge to the other side of SkyCity Tower.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious! I especially loved that they prepared hot meals made to order right at the counter. You could even get omelets and daily special sandwiches for free. The room was clean and comfortable too. Just a heads up, they don't provide amenities like toner.

Our last night in New Zealand was spent at this hotel, and we chose it specifically because the airport bus stop is right outside – it didn't disappoint! Free water was a nice touch, and overall, it was very clean and convenient.

Excellent hotel, great location, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Free bottled water is provided daily. It's not far from Green Supermarket and there are plenty of dining options nearby. Plus, the Skydrive bus to the airport stops right across the street, which is super convenient.

The hotel is right across from the Sky Tower, so you'll know you've arrived as soon as you spot it! The airport bus and InterCity stop right opposite, so it's just a quick walk across the road to get to the hotel – super convenient! I thought rooms in the city would be smaller than those in South Island towns, but this room was actually very spacious! During the off-season, the value for money was absolutely fantastic! It's not far from Queen Street either, making it easy to find food, entertainment, and everything else you need. Just be aware that it's downhill on the way there, but a really big uphill climb on the way back!!! I wouldn't recommend going out at night, as there are some scary homeless people in the city who randomly yell at passersby. Remember to walk quickly and avoid looking or lingering. Overall, I really liked it!
