The room was very clean and super convenient for the airport, with the SkyBus stop right opposite. The front desk even gave us water in glass bottles. The room was really comfortable, and the bathroom was very modern and well-equipped.

Traveling with my husband, I felt the hotel's location was excellent. It was super convenient to find places to eat, drink, and just wander around. The staff were very polite, and the facilities were complete, comfortable, and clean. Highly recommend staying here!

Everything was pretty good. The location is excellent. The funniest part was being able to walk directly to the Old Wolf concert via the skybridge from the hotel room.

The hotel's front desk staff were very welcoming and helped us choose our preferred room. They even prepared a welcome card and chocolates for our children, which was a lovely touch. The location is excellent, with a glass walkway connecting directly to the shopping district and restaurants. It's also just a five-minute walk to the Sky Tower.

The hotel's location is great, right next to the Sky Tower, and it's about a ten-minute walk to the pier. Parking isn't very convenient unless you opt for valet service ($60). Self-parking is $35, but you can only enter and exit once. It took me almost half an hour to park! 😂 The first time I drove into the garage, a staff member told me I needed to use a different entrance, so I had to drive all the way around again. The parking lot is huge and shared with the Sky Tower. After parking, you take an elevator to the fourth floor of the Sky Tower, walk across a skybridge, then take another elevator to the hotel's first floor to check in. 🥲 It'd be quite a hassle if you have a lot of luggage, but of course, valet parking would solve that problem, haha. The hotel itself is very new, the breakfast is good, and the service is excellent. We had a bit of a 'drama' during check-in, but the staff handled it well.
