It was a nice stay

The worst hotel experience we had. Very bad location and no clean.

The staff was amazing! Serena was great at the front desk! Phillip at Troli’s was awesome! He went above and beyond! All of the staff was great and very helpful.

It’s really a nice touch to have a free continental breakfast. That goes a long way. $12 for parking at we already paid for the hotel was annoying. Paying three dollars for a water instead of being complementary it was annoying. Not having any water or coffee for free in the lobby was annoying.

Everything was really nice and the staff was friendly. There were a million kids at the hotel for sports events while we were there, and that was frustrating because they were all over the common areas the entire time, but that's not the hotel's fault. Just be aware if you are looking for quiet time. Only bummer was that the store/coffee shop closes super early so if you need anything (drinks, etc.) you need to plan ahead of time. Room was clean and comfortable with a nice view of greenery.

Hotel room itself was great, quiet and comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful. I just and assume that the exterior and parking lot get some improvement soon. Parking lot is not good. Exterior looked like they have cut staff to keep it looking nicer. While at the pool, a raccoon was digging in the trash can on smoking patio. That’s just a fun bonus.

The hotel seems to be in somewhat of a decline for cleanliness and maintenance. They charged a $12 parking fee which they have not done on previous visits. The room was one of the smallest rooms I've ever experienced. There was no microwave or refrigerator. There were two bottles of water on the desk with $3 price tags on them. I requested synthetic pillows and cover (my husband is allergic to down) and was told it would be changed and when it wasn't, I went down to the desk to ask again. At that point, staff appeared who changed it instantly. I have stayed several times at this hotel and have never had a negative experience. There is a Starbucks in the building, but it was closed at 3:00 pm and the desk didn't know what their hours were.

Not pet friendly👎 they advise they allow pets, which they do but they do not accommodate for pets. We couldn’t even bring our dog in the hotel because we couldn’t use the stairs and and had to leave without even staying one of the nights we booked.
