Anantara Mai Khao Phuket Villas

Absolutely stunning! I stayed here for four days and loved every moment. The Anantara Mai Khao Phuket Villas is located in an affluent area of Phuket, offering a clean and beautiful environment with fewer crowds and well-organized, high-quality amenities. The hotel's golf cart service provides convenient transfers to the nearby Turtle Village. The Mexican restaurant above Starbucks is excellent, and their cocktails are fantastic. Downstairs, the COFFEE CLUB serves incredibly delicious fried rice and Pad Thai, perfect for a quick meal. Inside the hotel, Sea.Fire.Salt. has an amazing ambiance, and their seafood platter and steaks are both delicious. There's also a Japanese restaurant set in a treehouse. Every staff member is incredibly friendly, and they speak English slowly, which made me feel like my English lessons weren't in vain, haha!

The rooms are well-maintained; the extensive dark wood decor, far from looking old, actually adds a sense of quality and texture. The public areas resemble a tropical swamp, and at night, with the fires lit, they exude a wild, powerful ambiance. The lawn, trees, and rocks in the beach area are all beautifully positioned, with the lawn elevated just enough above the beach to create a stunning composition of grass, trees, sky, and sea. Every service staff member, including the cleaners, greets you with a smile rather than pretending not to see you. For room types, I recommend choosing a villa or higher. Avoid the suites and pavilions, as these two room types are separated from the beach and villas by a public road, significantly detracting from the resort experience. The suites appear to be converted unsold owner apartments, and the pavilions lack privacy compared to the villas as they can be seen from the suites. There are two breakfast restaurants: Sea Fire Salt by the sea and the Thai restaurant near the apartments. The dishes are almost identical. Sea Fire Salt offers a bread and fruit buffet with other items available à la carte, while the Thai restaurant is a full buffet. Sea Fire Salt's main advantage is its stunning outdoor seating with beautiful views.

The villa is truly comfortable to stay in... The service is also great—buggies are available on demand, and the housekeeping keeps everything spotless. Anantara's pool villas are definitely the top choice for a completely laid-back, relaxing vacation... The hotel environment is fantastic, peaceful, and relaxing.

This resort, with its garden-like ambiance, is incredibly comfortable. The only downside is that there's absolutely nothing around the hotel. It's very far from the Marine Market, and you need to take a long taxi ride to get anywhere.

The overall details were consistent, with an aroma and welcome ceremony starting right from the lobby. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious, and bright, and the pool was also great fun. Everyone's service was excellent, and I even had a massage. The shuttle service staff member, Nine (pronounced as such), was very cute, enthusiastic, and talkative, helping with luggage and such. I definitely want to come back next time.

The room was beautiful, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We stayed in a pool villa which had a modern Thai design. There's a 7-Eleven right outside the hotel and a small commercial area, so it was convenient for dining and shopping.

The room was decent. Being off-season, the waves were high and it rained a lot. The restaurant staff were very friendly. It's a standard resort-style hotel.
