We had a wonderful stay. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, the hotel was very clean, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Highly recommended!

My second stay in this charming family-owned hotel, and I would gladly return for a 3rd. The staff- both Lolas, Rafael, and Ingo are amazing. A yummy breakfast is included, and the location is perfect- a few steps from the square overlooking the Alhambra. Delicious restaurants are nearby, also with views of the Alhambra. The hotel booked our flamingo show and our Alhambra tour.

The room was lovely, with a little sitting area and the hosts were incredibly kind. It’s a family owned and run place and they are delightful. One of us was sick during the stay, which is never fun, and the hosts were willing to go out of their way to help. If you are coming by car pay close attention to the arrival directions. Driving a car in the Albaicín is no joke!

Nestled high in the historic Albaicín district, this small family-run hotel offers an authentic Granada experience. With just eleven rooms spread across three floors around a traditional interior courtyard, it maintains a welcoming, intimate atmosphere. Our top-floor room was excellent. The space featured white walls and dark timber vaulted ceilings - traditional Spanish design at its best. The real highlight was the view: a beautiful rooftop view of the Alhambra fortress (not all rooms would have this view). The comfortable bed and well-appointed bathroom rounded things out nicely. The staff were warm and helpful, with good English that made communication easy. A note about location: the hotel sits on a narrow street in the upper Albaicín, which means navigating some steps. We found this added to the authentic charm and, of course, made those Alhambra views possible. For travelers seeking something special in Granada, this has our strong recommendation.

It was a great and unforgettable experience. All the staff members were so nice, helpful and friendly. I really felt as in a family house. Everything was clean and breakfast was always delicious. Location is excellent, safe, near transportation, minimarkets and restaurants. Just a few blocks from Mirador de San Nicolas, with amazing views to Alhambra.

This hotel is in an older building in the Albaizyn district of Granada. Around the corner behind it is an old Spanish Palace, and adjacent to it is a large park (up the steps) with a fountain and sitting areas. Within the hotel is a nice interior courtyard. The rooms are adequately sized. Ours was bigger, since we, a coupe, took the triple room. The beds were comfortably firm. We found our a/c to be a bit weak. Fortunately, we did not need it. The breakfast is good, with eggs prepared individually to order. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful, including a sit down introduction where we were informed about sights and restaurants, buses, etc. For us there were two things about Granada: The Alhambra, a giant monument, which is essential to visit, and the experience of our hotel and its surrounding neighborhoods. There are many great restaurants and historical sites within a few blocks of the hotel. However, in the Albaizyn you will do a lot of up and down walking, so your fitness will be tested, or you can take the bus right to the hotel entrance from downtown, an interesting experience in itself.
