Parador de Limpias

Room was excellent, breakfast was very good, staff are really friendly and the location was good. Overal a very nice hotel

The rooms have wooden floors which look very nice but noisy can hear everyone moving about in the adjacent rooms. Breakfast a disaster we only wanted two coffee's but was asked to pay 42 euros The coffee was only available at the bar which didn't open until 11 am, checked at reception and was told to get coffee in the restaurant but they would not serve us unless we paid for a full breakfast. The evening meal was ok but the restaurant had the charm and character of a school dinner hall All rather disappointing as we have stayed in paradors all over Spain and will avoid this one in future

An excellent Parador in a quiet location on a hill above a small town in pleasant countryside. The Paradors see to have really got their act together when it comes to dining. We make annual trips to Spain, touring the Paradors and this year the average standard was noticeably higher than previously. Out of 14 samples, all but one were excellent to outstanding.

This is a beautiful spot and the hotel was of a very high standard with excellent rooms and atmosphere. We also ate here and the food was of a very high quality and the staff very friendly and very helpful. Although it is a little out of the way it is worth the effort.

This is a lovely hotel. Unfortunately the reception staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. They were extremely derogatory in Spanish, about the guests checking in ahead of us in, without realising that we speak Spanish! They were also very unprofessional with us at our check in.

We asked for a quiet room and got one with an interconnecting door, took over an hour to get a change of room, that was also noisy and no soundproofing. Ordered steak for dinner - asked for medium - turned up blue. Sent it back and it came back exactly the same. When I left it I got a lecture from the waitress about how they cook steaks in Spain! Ironic as I had eaten a steak a couple of days before in another Paradore and it was cooked perfectly. On check out the receptionist spent the whole time on the phone while checking me out- never spoke to me!!

A beautiful building in nice grounds, with tastefully designed interiors. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable with all the facilities needed for a pleasant stay. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
