Hotel Flamero

Fantastic stay at this hotel! It has everything: proximity to the beach, good facilities, and incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The room was perfectly adequate for two people; I only missed having a small sofa to relax on without having to use the bed. Otherwise, everything was perfect. I had a minor issue with odors in the bathroom, and they resolved it immediately. A ten out of ten for all the staff, from reception and housekeeping to the parking manager. I will definitely return to this hotel.

A good-value hotel right on the beach. The facilities themselves are fine. Now what I didn't like. We asked for a double bed, and they gave us two single beds pushed together. The air conditioning didn't work at first. The maintenance man came and got it working. What's the problem? It doesn't cool at all. We were very hot in the room. We asked the receptionist if we could change rooms, and she said no. When half the hotel is empty... They gave us a room with a view of the houses behind it, and that might be understandable if there weren't any empty rooms. I think they should be concerned about giving their guests the best experience, if possible, especially if half the hotel is empty.

The pool is very crowded, with hardly any shade. The elevators are very busy.

Mi estancia en este hotel fue excelente. Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias, cómodas y bien equipadas. El personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento, haciendo que me sintiera como en casa. El desayuno era variado y de muy buena calidad, y las instalaciones estaban impecables. Sin duda, volvería a alojarme aquí y lo recomiendo a cualquiera que busque una estancia agradable y tranquila.

Personal de recepción muy amable,el hotel bastante bien a excepción de los colchones .Limpiadora de zonas comunes en la zona de recepción muy soberbia en sus respuestas no fue nada amable espero que solo fuera un mal dia

Cuenta con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de la estancia, habitación amplia y cómoda. Lo único malo a destacar es que el ascensor emite muchos sonidos al utilizars que se escuchan desde las habitaciones cercanas.
