A Lovely Stay at Paris Deli Danang — The Staff Are the Real Gem 💎 We had a really enjoyable stay at Paris Deli Danang. The location is excellent — the beach is just two streets away, making it very convenient to head over for a walk or some beach time while still being close to the city. We booked a Premier Sea View Room, and the view was honestly one of the highlights of our stay. Waking up to that view was such a treat. Another thing we really loved was the in-house spa and massage. After spending the day exploring the city, we would come back in the evening and pamper ourselves with a different treatment each day. It was the perfect way to unwind and made our stay feel extra relaxing. The breakfast was decent, with enough variety and selection for us. Nothing overly elaborate, but definitely sufficient to start the day well. The room hardware is a little dated, but everything was clean and well maintained. The only thing we found slightly inconvenient was the bathroom, which has a bathtub rather than a standing shower. For those of us who prefer showering while standing, it was quite easy to get the bathroom floor wet. Other than that, the room setup was comfortable, and we appreciated having a smart TV. But honestly, the real 💎 of this hotel is the staff. Everyone we encountered was warm, friendly and incredibly attentive. They even WhatsApp-called me when our room was ready for check-in, which was a lovely personal touch. Whenever we were at the lobby, there was always someone ready to open the door or approach us to offer assistance. One particular moment really impressed me. When we walked down to the entrance to wait for our Grab, the concierge noticed us standing there and came over with umbrellas to shelter us from the heat. It was such a small gesture, but it showed how genuinely attentive the team is to their guests. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. While the hotel could benefit from some hardware updates, the great location, beautiful sea view, relaxing spa, clean rooms and especially the exceptional service from the staff made our experience a memorable one. Would happily stay here again! ❤️

I travel with my boy. The hotel location is excellent just few walks from the beach. It’s really easy to enjoy the beach life. Only the bathroom has smells without the fan on. And it’s better to ask for the housekeeper to makeup the room whenever you are leaving the hotel that’s more efficient I found. Otherwise it is really busy at the hotel. Overall it’s pretty good.

Location is very good but the floor in my room is with sands. The towel is with smoke smell. Service and hospitality is superb. I think they should improve on these. Only two lifts available so need to wait very long hour.

The room is clean, but the aircon is not cold, even though we change the temperature, overall is good the location and the staffs is very accommodating, the pool is enjoying my kid, because its clean,

The location was perfect because of view from roof top pool and it’s very easy to access a beach, restraint and other spots. Moreover, facilities like gym and pool and break fast were also good. Of course their service was perfect. When I my friend got sick, they helped us a lot. I’m sure that I would come to the hotel, if we had a chance to visit Da Nang again.

I love my room soooo much! Get to watch sunrise - the most magnificent moment ever! I dont even need to walk to the crowded beach, just watch peacefully in my room. The staff was friendly and attentive, food was good (got option for vege people). Would love to come again!

When we returned to the hotel in the evening, we found the air conditioning wasn't cooling properly. We notified the front desk; they worked on it once and said it would get cold within 30 minutes, so we went out for a late-night snack. Upon our return, it still wasn't cold. They tried fixing it again, but to no avail, so they told us there was a problem with the unit and offered us a different room. We packed up and moved, a process that took until nearly 3:00 AM—only to find that the AC in the new room wasn't cooling either. Exhausted, we decided to just let it go; since we had to check out early the next morning to head to the airport, we ended up sleeping through the night without air conditioning.
