Muji Hotel Shenzhen

Located inside the UpperHills shopping center, this hotel offers a tranquil retreat amidst the bustle. It's conveniently situated between Bijia Mountain Park and Lianhua Mountain Park, making it ideal for morning strolls. The shopping center boasts a wide variety of dining options (both Chinese and Western). The hotel service is excellent, with staff always ready to assist. The rooms are clean, minimalist, and even come with a small disc player for music. However, there are a couple of minor points I'd like to mention. Check-in was quite late; even during an off-peak time, we had to wait until after 2 PM, which was a bit too long for us elderly guests. Also, the TV seemed a little small compared to the overall room amenities. It would be great if the restaurant's food selection could be more diverse, and I suggest frying eggs on demand rather than having a large quantity sitting out for an extended period. I hope these suggestions lead to further improvements. Overall, your service is commendable!👍

The room was fantastic, with a great view of Lotus Mountain. It was clean and tidy, and the MUJI wooden furniture design made it feel incredibly cozy. The use of essential oils really helped relieve the day's fatigue.

The facilities are excellent, the hotel is clean, and the staff are incredibly warm and attentive. There's a Muji store downstairs for shopping, as well as a mall with more shopping and dining options. Its location is superb, with Bijiashan Park to the east and Lianhuashan Park to the west.

Every aspect of this hotel made me feel relaxed and comfortable. It was a very pleasant stay.

The hotel's minimalist design perfectly embodies the Muji aesthetic, and almost all the products in the room are from Muji, which gives guests peace of mind. Plus, since it was a birthday celebration, the hotel even sent a small cake, making for a truly delightful stay.
