This hotel exceeded our expectations! The facilities are new, clean, and the staff were incredibly warm and polite. Breakfast was excellent, we received a free room upgrade, and even a complimentary souvenir gift.

The hotel service was incredibly thoughtful, and the room was comfortable and spotless. The staff were also very attentive and meticulous, even providing yogurt, eye masks, and earplugs in the evening. The hotel's breakfast was superb, and it was a rare treat to see a cheese platter. Overall, it was an exceptionally good stay!

The hotel is high-end and luxurious, with new facilities in the room, making for a comfortable stay. The location is unbeatable; there are many dining options downstairs, and everything is just a short walk away. The front desk lady was incredibly nice, processed my check-in quickly, and even upgraded my room without me asking. My experience was perfect! Highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The toiletries were also of high quality. The in-room hardware facilities were complete, new, and in perfect working order. The air conditioning, lighting, hot water, and internet all functioned stably and smoothly, providing an excellent user experience. The room's soundproofing was outstanding, keeping out noise and allowing for a quiet and comfortable night's rest, perfectly dispelling any travel fatigue. The overall value for money is exceptional. The environment, service, facilities, and location are all top-notch, with quality evident in every detail. My stay was comfortable and pleasant, completely surpassing my expectations. I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. They offered a generous fruit platter, a rich breakfast, and complimentary welcome and souvenir gifts. There was plenty of parking, and the service was excellent! The whole room was smart-enabled, the shower water was comfortable, and the bath products were pleasant.

This is my second time in Zhangye, and I decisively chose to stay at this newly opened hotel. It's clean, bright, and feels very safe and secure. It definitely meets five-star standards. The entire hotel smells wonderful. Takeout is delivered to the room by a robot. The breakfast spread is rich, and the food is excellent. The staff are polite and professional. It's also very close to Vientiane City, making getting around super convenient. It's so much better than the Puyue Hotel that was constantly pushed on Xiaohongshu last year – truly a world of difference!
