Jinglong International Hotel (Zhangye West Railway Station Aegean Sea Shopping Center)

From parking to check-in to the room, the hotel service was incredibly attentive and thorough. Everyone was full of enthusiasm and very welcoming, proactively greeting guests and efficiently handling the room card and check-in process. The breakfast spread was very diverse, and the room facilities were new and spotlessly clean. They even have their own parking lot with fast charging available! I arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night, and the reception was very welcoming. They helped me with my luggage to the room. The room was very clean, and the bedding was comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful, and the staff proactively asked for feedback. The laundry room and gym are together, and the number of washing machines and dryers was the most I've seen in any hotel I've stayed at recently, so there was no need to wait at all. The transportation nearby is convenient, and there's a delicious late-night snack spot right across from the hotel.

I heard this is the best hotel in Zhangye city. It's quite large and relatively new. The front desk staff were very attentive, enthusiastic, and proactive. The hotel facilities are also quite modern, and they even have robots for room service, which ensures guest privacy and safety. When checking out, they offered a souvenir mini-fan, snacks, and water, which was a really thoughtful touch. However, the only minor flaw I found was the poor soundproofing in the rooms. I could clearly hear normal conversations in the hallway, let alone kids yelling in the morning – that actually woke me up! Perhaps they could look into adding some further soundproofing. 👍 Overall, my stay was very pleasant. P.S. The sour plum juice in the lobby was delicious, and it helped me complete my Zhangye 'punch card' album!

This was my first time visiting Zhangye with my child, and even though the weather wasn't great, I was extremely happy with the hotel. The lobby was bright and beautiful, the room was spacious and very clean, and the facilities were excellent. The hotel staff provided great service, and the breakfast was incredibly varied. My overall impression of Zhangye is fantastic, and I'll definitely choose Jinglong International again next time I visit! 👍

This hotel was a pleasant surprise on my busy trip. The overall atmosphere is quiet and elegant, with no loud noise when you walk in. The common areas are tastefully and simply decorated, and you can see the attention to detail everywhere. The room had great natural light, and the desk and corners were spotlessly clean. The soft furnishings were warm and inviting, and the blackout curtains worked perfectly. The toiletries were good quality, and the water pressure was excellent, making for a very comfortable shower experience. The staff were perfectly attentive – friendly without being intrusive, and patiently answered any questions I had. The breakfast was delicious and homely, with fresh ingredients. My entire stay was comfortable and relaxing, a perfect antidote to travel fatigue. It's ideal for both business trips and leisure, and I would genuinely rebook it! [smiley face]

The hotel is quite new, and the service was very warm and welcoming. They even gave us a small gift when we left. My only concern is the bathroom layout; it lacks a proper door, which isn't very practical. Especially since the opening faces directly towards the bed. While it might be convenient for access, it's quite awkward when you're bathing a child of the opposite sex.

The room was nice, just a slight new renovation smell, but everything else was fine. The only thing I was unhappy with was that we had a child with us. Other hotels usually ask at check-in if breakfast is needed for the child, or if there will be an extra charge. If they don't inform you, breakfast for children is usually free. If they do inform us, we'd gladly pay the fee. However, the front desk didn't ask or inform us during check-in. When we went for breakfast, the staff, with a rather unpleasant attitude, confirmed with the front desk and made us pay for the child's meal. It really spoiled the start of our day! Other than that, I think everything else was quite good.

The room facilities are all new, and the customer service staff are very friendly! The room's hygiene conditions are also good! I slept soundly all night after checking in. It's great to have a hotel like this on a long journey; it really helps you relax.

Zhangye was our third stop on our Gansu trip, and for me, picking the right hotel is always top priority. I splurged a bit on this one in Zhangye, and it definitely paid off – I was really happy with it! The service made us feel right at home. The laundry room was huge, and we could wash and dry a load in just an hour. Breakfast had a great variety, and both the noodle and pastry stations offered really fresh options. They even gave us a small gift when we checked out, and brought fresh fruit and yogurt to our room every day. A truly recommendable hotel!
