Zhejiang Hotel

The room is a bit small and the facilities are indeed showing their age, but the cleanliness is exceptional. There was hardly any dust on the carpet, so the kids could run around in their socks without getting their feet dirty. Even the windowsill was spotless. The breakfast offers a great variety, including a DIY fresh fruit and vegetable juice station, and the restaurant terrace commands a distant view of the West Lake. The location is quite good as well—just a 30-meter walk downstairs to the subway station, making getting around extremely convenient.

The location is fantastic, right above the subway station, making it super convenient to go anywhere. The hotel's soft furnishings are a bit old-school, but the pros outweigh the cons. Overall, the stay was still very pleasant, and the price is extremely reasonable. Highly recommended!

The hotel has a fantastic location, close to the subway station, West Lake, and Wulin Night Market. The room was extremely clean, and they even upgraded us for free and waived the breakfast charge for our child. Plus, the breakfast was one of the most bountiful I've ever had at a hotel! Truly lives up to its star-rating 👍

Great hotel with exceptionally warm and welcoming service. The room was clean and tidy. I was so exhausted that I forgot to take pictures, but I went to Tian Xiang Lou on the second floor and had a great experience! Conveniently located close to the subway station.

I booked this room for my parents. The hotel is located right at the subway entrance, making it super convenient to get anywhere. The Tianxiang Pavilion on the second floor is the absolute highlight, and it's a short walk to West Lake.

The front desk service was attentive and enthusiastic. The location is the absolute highlight—just a few dozen meters downstairs to the subway station, making it extremely convenient with great transport links. It's also about a 10-minute walk to the Wulin Night Market. The room offered a wonderful view out the window.

The hotel is located at the intersection of Yan'an Road and Fengqi Road, offering very convenient transportation. It is close to the West Lake, Wulin Square, and Wulin Pier. There are also many shopping malls and supermarkets around, making shopping extremely convenient. The hotel management is great, and it is clean and tidy. Service: The management staff are very professional and efficient.

Traveling with elderly family members, the hotel is super convenient as it is located right at Exit B of Fengqi Road subway station. Wulin Night Market is just behind the hotel, and walking straight through the market leads directly to the West Lake. Turning left takes you to the musical fountain, and walking straight leads to the Broken Bridge—location is amazing! The buffet breakfast on the 12th floor offers a great variety, and the staff are all warm and welcoming. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was very comfortable. I will definitely choose to stay here again next year. Turning right and walking straight leads to Yintai N77, making getting around anywhere very easy. Also, the restaurant terrace is an absolute must-visit spot for taking photos!

The location is fantastic, and the room is clean and tidy. Tucked away in a quiet spot despite being in the bustling city center, it is just a 20-minute walk to the Broken Bridge scenic area at West Lake. Wulin Night Market is right downstairs—it's super lively and offers a great variety of food to suit every palate.
