Mandarin Oriental Macau

The environment is clean and beautiful, the interiors are exquisite, and the outdoor views are expansive. The breakfast service is friendly. If you don't want to stay in a casino hotel, Mandarin Oriental is definitely the best choice.

The service and surrounding environment are great, but the hardware facilities (including the decor style, materials, and bathroom product brands) are far inferior compared to Taipei and Guangzhou. At over 4,000 per night, it's not good value for money, and you could find better options in Macau. The breakfast is good, the service is excellent, and the location is decent and convenient.

The hotel staff were very attentive, the environment was beautiful, and the hygiene was impeccable. The blankets were dry and warm, and the view was fantastic!

The service at Mandarin Oriental is excellent, but the room rates are also very high. It's over 4,000 a night on weekends, and that doesn't even include breakfast. The breakfast selection doesn't match the price; it's limited, the taste is just average, there aren't many bread options, and very few stir-fried dishes. (Missing three characters - likely '很糟糕' or similar for a stronger negative impression on breakfast)

Our stay was perfect! The room was clean and comfortable, the service was attentive and thoughtful, and the environment was quiet and elegant. Our trip was made incredibly pleasant, especially with the heartfelt handwritten note from Customer Service Manager Rong Yun Jing, wishing us good luck with the start of the new semester. We were very touched and had an excellent experience!

The service was excellent; they proactively helped us call a taxi. The hotel's location is also superb, making it very convenient to get around. You can easily reach MGM by car, and then access it via One Central. It's a quiet retreat despite being in a bustling area.

Great location, surrounded by the new Peninsula district, right next to MGM Grand. You can take a shuttle to MGM Cotai. The room was clean, and I even got a free upgrade. If you walk a bit further into the residential area, there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets.

The room was a bit old, but the staff was very friendly. However, before going to bed, I found a bloodstain on the pillowcase. I reported it to the staff, and they apologized immediately. But an hour later, they kept asking me if I was injured and that's how the blood got there. I actually had no superficial wounds at all, which made me very angry 😤. The breakfast was very average and completely self-service. The bar at night was good.
