The room was good and the bed comfortable but I was expecting the hotel to be more fancy/better looking for the price. The pool and the hot tub water did not look clean so we have not used them and theses amenities were mostly the reason why we selected this hotel. The first floor corridors feels like we are in the underground part of a cruise ship.

Nothing to complain about during our stay, it was clean , nothing was missing in the room, etc. The only complain is about the restaurant that offer the free breakfast package! We arrived around 9h45am, there was few table occupied only but it took at least 5/7 min before the waitress came, another 7/10 min to come for the order then more than 30 min to get the order at the table (we were only 3) and there was an error on mine (wrong plate, the waitress misunderstood) so she did reorder but I guess they did it after all the order rather than rushing or to get it out ASAP (as it should be!) so it took another 25 min to get the correct plate... And again, there was probably 6 other table occupied. No apologies, nothing. Really bad so won't go there again to eat, but Hotel was nice.

Not very clean, says it was updated and it was not very updated. Asked for extra pillows and a sheet for the pullout couch and it took over an hour to get them.

This is a great choice if you are staying in Burlington. Centrally located, very clean, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. I did not use the amenities so have no direct experience but they are truly a full service hotel. My first choice in Burlington.

Room was nice, and all staff were nice. But check-in took a long time. Arrived and waited in the lobby almost 15minutes before anyone came out and noticed us standing there. Aside from that, great location!
