Citynote X hotel is well located, shopping mall and eateries are all within walking distance. The nearest metro station is GongYuanQian (line 1 & 2), walking there less than 10 minutes. Hotel staffs (especially 王胤霖）are friendly and helpful. Taking lifts to 14th (13A) floor during peak hours may need some patience. Breakfast, tea time and supper snacks are provided.

I would like to sincerely express my heartfelt appreciation and gratitude to the entire team at Citynote X Hotel for making my stay such a wonderful and memorable experience. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, everything was simply excellent. I truly felt welcomed, well taken care of, and valued as a guest throughout my stay. All of the staff were incredibly friendly, warm, approachable, and accommodating. Whenever I needed assistance, they were always willing to help without hesitation. Their kindness and willingness to go the extra mile really made a difference and made my stay feel comfortable and stress-free. I was especially touched when I checked in and found that the room had been beautifully prepared, complete with a lovely bouquet of flowers. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture, and it immediately made me feel special and welcomed. Small details like this truly show the level of care and hospitality that the hotel puts into its guests' experience. I would also like to give special thanks to Weixin and another kind lady whose name, unfortunately, I did not manage to remember. Both of them were extremely kind and helpful during my stay. However, I would also like to emphasize that my appreciation extends to the entire team because, honestly, every staff member I encountered was friendly, polite, helpful, and approachable. One of the things I particularly enjoyed about staying here was the wonderful hospitality and the thoughtful services provided by the hotel. The fact that the hotel offers breakfast, tea time, and even night snacks was definitely one of the highlights for me. These little extras made the stay even more enjoyable and are certainly one of the reasons why I would happily choose to stay here again if I return to Guangzhou in the future. The hotel itself is also very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is very strategic and convenient, which made it easy for me to get around and enjoy my time in Guangzhou. Everything was well organized, and the service was impressively fast and efficient. I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to the front desk team and housekeeping staff for their excellent service. I had some difficulties with the delivery of my parcels during my stay, and because I do not speak Chinese, it was quite challenging for me to communicate with the courier. Despite this, the hotel staff kindly stepped in and helped coordinate with the courier and make enquiries on my behalf. I truly appreciated their patience, understanding, and willingness to assist me with something that was not necessarily part of their usual responsibilities. This level of service is what truly stood out to me. It was not simply about providing a room or basic hotel services; it was the genuine care, attention, and willingness to help that made me feel so comfortable and appreciated as a guest. Overall, I have absolutely nothing to complain about. Everything was excellent, wonderful, and beyond my expectations. From the cleanliness of the hotel, the strategic location, the thoughtful amenities, the delicious and generous meal offerings, to the friendliness and professionalism of the staff - everything deserves a big thumbs up! Thank you so much to the entire Citynote X Hotel Front Desk Management, housekeeping team, and all the wonderful staff for your outstanding hospitality and excellent service. Your kindness and dedication truly made my stay in Guangzhou a memorable one. "This hotel is located right in front of the Dafo Temple in Guangzhou and is adjacent to the pedestrian street. You can easily stay here and spend the entire day exploring the area. The hotel is located on the 14th floor, which might be a bit confusing when you first arrive because there is no '14' button in the elevator—you have to press '13A' instead. The room was fantastic: extremely clean, brand new, and stocked with high-quality amenities. I especially loved the pillows; they don't go flat when you lay on them and provide a great, firm support. The air conditioning is perfectly cold, the towels are large and thick, and the shower water pressure is strong. The hotel also provides complimentary snacks, coffee, and late-night bites around the clock. As for breakfast, you can enjoy it from early in the morning all the way until noon! Finally, the staff provided outstanding service—they were always smiling and eager to help at any time. Highly recommended!"

Excellent stay! The location is perfect and made it very convenient to get around. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. One thing I really appreciated was that food was still available at the hotel lobby even after 10pm, which was very convenient after a long day out. The hotel was also spotless and exactly as described on Trip.com. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Very Friendly Staff (Yang Xiao Jing, Huang Jun Yuan, Li Lin) Good Location ( but boarding Taxi or Car might be little challenge as the road is single lane on both side, no hotel lobby pickup point ). Hotel Lobby and Dining Area on 14 (13A) Floor. All rooms on 14 Floor. Washing Machine also on the same floor. Da Fo Si is just in front of the hotel. A lot of shopping and shops and food selection nearby.
