The pool was excellent, the atmosphere was great, and the service was very welcoming. The room, however, had a slightly damp smell.

An excellent hotel with top-notch service. The breakfast menu changes daily, which is a nice touch. The ground floor rooms offer direct access to the pool. Remember to bring a credit card or cash for the deposit, which can be used to cover any hotel expenses. The happy hour at the pool bar, starting at 3 PM, is definitely worth checking out. The hotel group has two other properties right next door, providing direct access to Alona Beach.

1. There were ants in the room, indicating a cleanliness issue. 2. Music played continuously from 10 AM to 8 PM in the hotel's central pool area, creating constant noise that made it impossible to rest or sleep during naptime. 3. The soundproofing was very poor. We could clearly hear chairs being moved and people walking around upstairs. Cleaning staff noise also disturbed our rest. 4. The pricing was on the expensive side, offering poor value for money. During this trip, I stayed at several hotels consecutively, and the experience at all the other hotels was much better. I will not be staying at this hotel again. 5. Furthermore, it was not possible to access the beach by passing through other Henann hotels. 6. On the positive side, its location in the most bustling center made it very convenient for getting around.

I liked the hotel. The breakfasts were delicious. The location is excellent. The staff is very polite. They allowed us to check in early. The pool is very clean. There's a McDonald's and Jollibee nearby.

This hotel is great – beautiful, clean, and the service is excellent. I'll definitely stay here again when I come back to Bohol. We arrived a little after 12 PM, and the staff immediately checked us in and even upgraded our room. The location is also incredibly convenient.
