Chatrium Hotel Riverside Bangkok

Poor hygiene: As someone with a slight bathroom phobia, finding cockroaches in the room's toilet was a real shock! The toiletries were by Panpuri. Other aspects of the hotel were good, though. The staff was very polite. The minibar in the room was free, the breakfast buffet offered many choices, and the swimming pool was large. The hotel also has a shuttle boat to the pier and IconSiam, and there's a 7-Eleven nearby.

Chatrium Riverside Hotel upgraded our room to a river view suite for free. It was great to enjoy delicious breakfast and the scenery for two nights, and the staff were very friendly. I'd probably book here again next time.

Splendid hotel! The location is excellent, and the free river shuttle service is very convenient. The rooms are beautiful and well-equipped, and the staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast is also noteworthy, and we really appreciated being able to use the pool even after check-out to relax and refresh before our evening flight. Highly recommended!

The room was spacious, clean, and tidy. We received a complimentary upgrade to a one-bedroom river-view suite upon check-in, and they even paid attention to our special requests made during booking. Thai hotel service is truly warm and attentive. Breakfast was extensive, the mini-bar drinks were free, and the toiletries were PANPURI. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and will definitely choose this hotel again for future trips.

The hotel was clean and hygienic, breakfast was plentiful, and transportation was convenient. There's a Starbucks and 7-Eleven downstairs. We accidentally discovered a Michelin-starred restaurant not far away, and my child absolutely loved it. We'll definitely come back again.

This time, I booked a triple room, and the hotel arranged a room on the 32nd floor with two single beds and one small bed. The room was spacious and clean, and it even had a kitchen. It's close to the Asiatique Sky Ferris Wheel night market, within walking distance, and getting a Grab is also very convenient! The hotel has its own boat service to Icon Siam, but only the 12 PM boat goes directly. I recommend taking the hotel's boat earlier in the morning to another pier, then purchasing a separate boat ticket to the mall! There's a 7-Eleven right outside the hotel, and just around the corner, there's a clean Vietnamese pho shop.
