Best Louis Hamilton Hotel Ocean Terrace

The hotel is situated slightly outside the city center, yet its location proves to be a distinct advantage. Positioned directly by the sea in a picturesque harbor town, it offers a serene atmosphere with stunning views and the calming sound of waves against the pier. The room was clean, and adequately equipped, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff were consistently courteous and attentive, readily available to assist whenever needed. The only minor drawback was the entrance lighting in my room, which intermittently switched on and off during the final two nights of my stay. Nevertheless, the staff made every effort to address the issue promptly. Overall, my experience was highly satisfactory. With public transportation just a four‑minute walk away and a pleasant 25‑minute stroll to the renowned Haedong Yonggungsa Temple, the hotel represents an excellent choice for both relaxation and sightseeing.

Cups were dirty Trashcan wasn't empty We just wanted our good rest While sleeping A staff was knocking on the door in the early morning asking if we checked out. I let the front staff know during check-out. He just said there might have been misunderstanding. He was apologetic, but I never had this type of experience during any stays. Please work on Cleanliness Staff training Check in/out system (if there were system errors)

The room design is fancy & moder 😄 the location is quite far from the city center and not much nearby resto, but there’s a convenience store beside.. very local vibe which is good & they have free coffee too

Really nice hotel but far away from the main centre. They made us wait a couple of hours to check in even though it was quiet and the room was ready.

Amazing room with amazing view, just little far from downtown Busan.
