Spark by Hilton Guilford

The hotel and room were super clean!! The beds were very comfortable. The room was a good size.  The staff was very nice and helpful.

I'm need of updates, very poor quality breakfast and bathroom was not cleaned (found used soap, etc in bathroom).

The staff were very attentive. There was an issue with ******* and the receptionist called and figured it out. There is not changing table in the bathroom by the lobby which is inconvenient. There is not pool or gym. The place is clean and there are multiple restaurants and malls at a short driving distance.

The room was very clean and we enjoyed the breakfast each morning. The double queen room worked well for two adults, two kids and one infant. The hotel had a pack and play available, which was very helpful.

Great Staff and clean Facility. Breakfast was nothing special but did not expect much anyway. Yogurt was Vanilla from a machine which comes out painfully slow. Would prefer small individual containers like they used to have.

First room was trashed. Dirty and stuff thrown everywhere. Will never stay there again. They charged $75 for my small Maltese dog for one night plus a $50 deposit

The room was really clean, the front staff was wonderfully helpful, the only problem was that there was some banging noise coming out of the vent in the bathroom. I couldn’t figure out what it was, but my children who stated another room heard the same thing. The other thing is, I stayed next to the elevator, and I kept hearing a ringtone whenever somebody would call it. So I won’t be doing that again. Other than that, everything was fine.

Breakfast was great and appreciated when you don't know the area just yet! Great muffins, yogurt and bagels!
