this is a nice hotel, and with Port Aventura pass included in its price it gets even better! the room was clean with nice and wide bed, it had a private shower and toilet, which were also very clean. the hotel was renovated long ago and you can see it sometimes bc the wallpapers are dirty at some places and the furniture is not new, but overall it doesn't affect your stay. we used a self-check in machine, so we didn't interact much with the staff, but they were always there for us :) we also had dinner and breakfast included in the price and they were great too, you can see it yourself in the photos! highly recommend, we had a great time!!

Overall impression of the stay is very good. The hotel met our expectations. The room was exactly as you might see it on the photo, bright and clean, the bed is comfy.

We stayed one night with two children. The hotel is beautiful and spacious, with nice rooms. Cleanliness isn't perfect, but that's understandable given the volume of people staying there. Your room card also gives you access to the parks. The breakfast was delicious and varied. Reservations for the restaurant were required in advance. The evening entertainment for children was also a delight.

The hotel has a retro style. If you're considering the shortest route from the amusement park, if you plan to visit the amusement park, you probably won't enjoy many of the hotel's amenities. However, the hotel is unique in that it doesn't have a refrigerator. Otherwise, if you don't want to walk that far, this hotel is a good choice.

The hotel experience wasn't good or bad, to be honest. It doesn't seem like a 4-star hotel, but being in the park, you think you'll get some perks, but no. You enter at the same time as everyone else, and the park is oversold, so you only get to go on a few rides. I wouldn't recommend it. Also, the wait times shown on the screens don't match the actual wait times, unless one hour is counted as two in their system. The displayed time is nothing like the time you actually spend waiting with a bunch of unsupervised children in the sweltering heat with the fans off... a disaster.
