What happened to me and my friend is unbelievable with this hotel, when I left my bag and my friend's bag with them because we booked to stay back in the same hotel for one night before leaving the United States, we traveled to another state, and when we returned to them!!! I discovered that the bags were opened and valuable items were stolen from them. Unfortunately, the hotel's handling of the incident was completely unprofessional

The hotel is beautiful - like a livable museum! The staff are very professional, attentive, and friendly. The rooms are beautiful, modern, and clean. I will be sure to stay in this hotel anytime I travel to Washington DC!

I don’t understand how this is considered a 4 star hotel. Late night open parties on the weekend on the roof for anyone who wants to attend creating a chaotic and unsafe environment, hotel smelled, rooms are as average as possible, staff was barely polite let alone friendly. It’s not very convenient actually if you’re planning to go to the museums area. I won’t be back.

It was just great experience with my son who loved the pool! Food was excellent even thou little bit pricey but worth it! Breakfast excellent!
For kids is WaWa cross the street which is BIG help). Kids don’t get it what fancy food is))
Staff super friendly and very accommodating.

Good location
Location was great for sight seeing. Room although small was nice. A/C was not great (couldn't get the room very cold). Pool location was cool but very small and closes early. Fees and parking were outrageous. Parking garage across the street $12 a night vs the $59 Zena charges.

I enjoyed the stay. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Room was modern and clean. Hotel is in walking distance to many restaurants.
