The staff members were incredibly helpful, polite, and enthusiastic, always ready to welcome guests – truly excellent! The room was great, with a 'soul-sucking' comfortable bed (meaning extremely comfortable). The facilities were almost complete (for a 5-star hotel, it should be more comprehensive, like having a room diffuser, and a more thoughtfully designed bathroom counter area for guests to place their personal items, etc.). It seems there are a lot of guests, making it hard to keep every corner of the hotel looking brand new, but overall, it was very clean and comfortable. Most importantly, the location was absolutely superb! What impressed me the most was the breakfast, which offered almost every cuisine imaginable and everything tasted delicious. The staff were fantastic, and the hotel even provided a shuttle car service for guests. Loved it! 💓💓💓

I had a pleasant stay two years ago, so I decided to come back this year. I'm very grateful to Chef Shim during my stay. Thanks to him, I had an enjoyable stay again this year. Harborland is also just a minute's walk away, and I'd love to visit again.

A very nice hotel with a good location. The staff are highly professional, and transportation is convenient, situated in the city's financial center. It's not too far from the subway and city park, making it quite convenient.

The hotel's location is very convenient, with many shopping malls and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is also very clean, and the staff are polite and always smiling. The breakfast is excellent and plentiful, and the bar, gym, and swimming pool all have their own unique charm.

The hotel staff were very friendly, the breakfast food was delicious, and the cleanliness was excellent. There's a children's playhouse right across from the hotel, which kept the kids thoroughly entertained.

The hotel is conveniently located in the Pathum Wan area, making it very easy to get around. The facilities are new, and the infinity pool offers beautiful views. We booked a standard king room, which had decent space and a separate work area, perfect for those who need to work while traveling. However, there were some drawbacks: there was no luggage rack in the room, so our large luggage had to stay on the floor, which was quite inconvenient. The soundproofing was very poor, so light sleepers should be cautious. Upon check-in, there was a noticeable musty smell in the room. Although the front desk addressed it the next day, the odor was reduced but still slightly present. While the breakfast spread looked abundant, the dishes hardly changed during our four-day stay, which made it less exciting.

Facilities: The hotel facilities are well-maintained, and the bedding is comfortable. The only minor drawback is that the bath towels are a bit stiff. Hygiene: Clean and tidy, spotless. Environment: The location is excellent, with many dining options and shopping malls nearby. Service: Excellent service is the hotel's best highlight.
